In 1966 my family (father, mother, 5 brothers, sister and I) moved to the United States from Naples, Italy and settled in Boston, Massachusetts. After moving to Southwest Florida in 1971, my father, Felice "Grandpa", founded "Papa Mia's" a full service Italian restaurant and pizzeria in Naples, Florida. Grandpa has since retired, but the four of us have followed in his footsteps. There's a great deal of work involved in using our traditional family recipes. We make and bake sub rolls, prepare our own pizza dough and homemade sauces, prepare and bake lasagna, and chop, slice and dice etc, etc. The freshest ingredients that money can buy on a daily basis, 6 days a week.
