Grandma’s Kitchen proudly takes you on an authentic culinary adventure through Mexico by presenting traditional dishes from various states in Mexico. Many of our dishes contain nopales, or cactus, from Hidalgo in Central Mexico; Cochinita Pibil, a traditional pork from the Yucatan Peninsula in the South; or Tinga, the local beef from Chihuahua in Northern Mexico. Each dish is made from scratch with fresh ingredients, sizzling with its own unique flavor.
