We are releasing a brand new ale inspired by candied yams! this is a robust porter brewed with 100 lbs. of visser farms sweet potatoes, and 50 lbs. of pioneer brand brown sugar, aromas and flavors are sweet potato, brown sugar, chocolate, and caramel. Third Party Tripel
Pilot malt house malt and nmo chinook hops lend to a profile dominated by belgian monastery ale yeast, providing characteristics of bubble gum, clove, citrus and white pepper, malt character is toasted sweet graininess, medium-bodied with high carbonation, and a dry finish. Ryan's Grape Drink
Our latest staff concept beer was brewed with server ryan stailey, inspired by his love for the dave chappelle show. This unique ale is an american pale ale brewed with nelson sauvin hops and petite syrah grape juice. This one has a bright, fragrant nose and flavors of sauvignon blanc grapes, concord grapes, red grapefruit, pine, pineapple, toasted grains, and purple, yeah, purple, medium-bodied with moderate carbonation, and a juicy yet clean bitter finish, "what the funk is juice?!". Sessionable ale inspired by our spent grain that goes on to feed the dream goats crew - a team of 3 local goats that are being utilized to eat their way through removing invasive plant species, aromas and flavors are roasted barley, chocolate, coffee and oats, medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and dry finish, served exclusively on nitro to accentuate that creamy factor. No goats were harmed in the brewing of this beer, but they did try to also eat our pants. Oatmeal Stout / 4% ABV / 29 IBUs
Ye Olde Sneaky Banger
This sneaky monster will get you banged up so be careful. Deceivingly smooth and easy to drink, but with a bang! Aromas and flavors of dried fig, overripe pears, toasted grain, toffee, caramel, grapes, honey and brown sugar. Full-bodied with a satisfyingly dry finish, which helps keep this malt bomb in balance. John Baller Brown
Perfect timing for the fall, but be careful - this does not drink like it's 9%, toasted grain, toffee, caramel, dried fruit and chocolate, medium-bodied and moderately carbonated, with just enough bittering hops to dry out the finish, and keep this beer in balance, brewed in tribute to the 18 stingrays and 3 sharks that died tragically at john ball zoo this summer.
