At Got Your Back, we believe that an educated patient is not only going to heal faster and more efficiently, but will be able to maintain their health for life.
As human beings, our nervous system controls every aspect of how our bodies work, and the spine protects our nervous system. It is important for us to know the importance of the structure of our spines as we grow up, from birth to old age. Our techniques are rooted in Chiropractic BioPhysics (structural corrective technique) and neurogenic reset technology (improvement of movement). Our protocols are based on correcting the structure of the spine, which we know houses and protects the nervous system, and treatment plans are individualized based on evaluations of structural and functional findings in the doctor's and trainer's assessments. Our goals may exceed your expectations, because we go above and beyond pain management to teach wellness and ideal structure.
As our patients progress through their treatment plans, we have many options to continue to progress your experience at Got Your Back.
We offer massage therapy, nutritional and lifestyle counseling, nutritionally dense products, and personal training. We have many patients who come to us initially in pain, but ALL who come to us are here to improve their health, so we treat everyone with the same compassion and energy! If you have any questions or concerns about your spinal curvature or other structural issues, please don't hesitate to inquire with us as soon as you can, and we will inspire you to take care of your "nervous" system.
Personal Training and Programming
We have a unique philosophy about hiring a personal trainer.
It can be hard to find someone who can not only motivate you, but really understands movement from a protective, proactive, and pro-"bodyweight first" point of view. Our MoveMentality (tm) is something we believe EVERYONE should know, because we're all designed and built to move, and we should all be prepared to prevent injury as we age and progress through life. Whether you've been to GYB as a patient before or not, we will teach you how to move like a champion, and provide you with programming and all kinds of advice and perspective you may, or may not be looking for, so you can be prepared for life. We are here to teach you how to move as pain-free as humanly possible,and give you the support you need to achieve your goals. The amazing thing is, you will get strong in the process. Very strong. Super Hero Strong.
We believe very strongly in the adaptation of the nervous system, and habit forming healthy movement.
Which takes time. We are happy upon request to provide single sessions for one-on-one and two-on-one workouts, however we know a single session won't get you very far. We will guarantee results with commitment to one of our 3-Month Loyalty Programs. Results will vary and are based on initial consultation, FMS and OS assessments with your doctors and trainers prior to beginning your program.
