we will train you with a combination of strength, aerobic and balance training. we design your program to fit your specific needs.

by offering meal planning we give you a template for success. created by dietitians with your exact goals in mind. if a meal plan is not for you then we can help you to make smart food choices on your own.
Step 3 - Measurements
we will monitor your measurements on a regular basis to show you the progress you have made. we monitor body statistics, stress and energy levels.

good ole h20. drink plenty evenly through the day and your body will thank you. it prevents dehydration, promotes cardiovascular health and helps muscles function properly.
Relax
keep stress low. exercise helps reduce stress a lot. but monitoring and keeping your stress levels low will lower the stress released hormone called cortisol which contributes to belly fat.
Get Sleep
get your 8. 6-8 hours of sleep every night is just the right amount to promote health, lower stress and allow your body to heal from its increased workload.

My name is Scott Gordon, I became a Personal Trainer in August of 2008.
I myself had gained a lot of weight over the course of several years of inactivity and over eating. It had been a long arduous struggle.
I would start an exercise program, overdo it and then quit. Continuously, again and again I would try and fail.
I almost gave up trying to lose weight. Then I learned how to exercise properly with good nutrition. I had lost almost 100 lbs since my largest and have kept 80 of those lbs off!
