45 minute Strength Session- Strength sessions focus on complex lifting and exercise techniques with direct attention and specific instruction from a fitness coach. These sessions are programmed to sculpt a lean and athletic physique by developing strength and power for increased performance. These sessions max out at 4 participants to ensure that you are getting full attention and ensuring safety through proper technique. You will have the opportunity to learn a variety of technical lifts including squat, deadlift, clean and jerk, and snatch in our Strength Program. Whether you are new or experienced in strength training, our coaching staff will provide the motivation, knowledge, and technical instruction you need to you reach your goals.
