Good Thyme is a small, but well-established restaurant who proudly takes an artisanal approach to our cooking. We are very old school about our preparation; making all of our sauces, marinades, signature house dressing, & desserts from scratch. We are committed to using local ingredients from local farmer's such as Hungry Hills Farms, Steve Newago's fresh Lake Superior Fish, Jim's Meat Market, Sixth Street Market, Sassy Nanny Goat Cheese, and many more.
