Goldberg, Swedelson & Associates (GSA) was organized in 1965 by Jerome S. Goldberg and Allan E. Swedelson and incorporated in 1969. Since inception, the firm has developed a strong expertise in the consultation and administration of qualified retirement Plans for closely held corporations, partnerships and sole proprietors. The firm retains several outside legal and actuarial experts and maintains a close working relationship with all pension governing agencies to the benefit of its clients. GSA currently provides consulting services to over 1,000 plans of varying sizes, including Cash Balance, traditional defined benefit, defined contribution and 401(k) plans. The firm specializes in the small to medium business and professional market.
