Securing And Containing Workspace
safety is often mentioned by contractors, but it is practiced conscientiously and routinely by gps. for all projects in which damaged building materials are involved or where purespace products will be utilized, gps staff will secure the project site(s) and safeguard our client’s assets and resources. to mitigate further damages and to best control work spaces, gps will construct containments in which to work, separating contaminants, dust and other pollutants (noise, odor, etc.) from non-affected spaces
Vacuuming And Preparing Workspace
a standard protocol for all gps projects is the cleaning and preparation of all work spaces. gps utilizes the finest commercial hepa vacuum equipment to prepare existing and new construction sites for its work product. an integral component of the purespace process is the extended effort of gps staff to properly prepare all project surfaces to accept our treatments or to protect them from exposure. the same is true for personal belongings, corporate assets, electronics and every other item that requires safekeeping during the remediation or construction activity
Remove Damaged And Unsalvageable Materials

Applying Purespace Products
there are four distinct products in the purespace line of cleaners and shields, each has its distinct purpose as fully described on the “products” tab on the home page of our website (www.nomold.com). purespace is applied primarily by airless sprayers in controlled environments by trained applicators. it is also applied, in certain circumstances, with the use of fogging equipment and it can be hand-applied as well. gps applicators always select the appropriate purespace product(s) to best suit the needs of our clients and their specific projects

Testing
when appropriate, we validate our work by requiring independent environmental professionals to take samples of the air inside and outside of your building, sometimes before, and routinely after purespace products have been applied. an independent laboratory conducts the analysis of the readings and reports whether the building values are within 'normal and acceptable ranges'. upon completion of the purespace process you will know, and be assured, that your environment is as clean and healthy as humanly possible. the risk for major, disruptive and costly remediation will be mitigated as will the concern for current and future health related concerns
Step 1: Prep And Cleaning
this critical process requires our team to prepare and protect your project site to ensure a positive result. gps installs critical barriers, protects non-treated surfaces and installs appropriate equipment, thoroughly cleans the project site then applies purespace x-mc100 through the appropriate method (spray, mist, fog, carpet extraction or hand-apply) to the wood, brick, block, osb board, drywall, carpet, acoustic tile, and other surfaces for dramatic mold reduction. gps further removes contamination from all open spaces with hepa filtration vacuums and air scrubbers
Step 2: Application And Protocol
this application then seals the various surfaces and provides long-term protection for great peace-of-mind. this crucial step creates the shield that separates the microbials from their food sources, generating an extremely resistant environment for the survival of mold spores. once again, we use the appropriate technique to apply and embed the proper purespace shield to all appropriate surfaces. mold will not be able to survive, let alone amplify within the treated space, creating a significantly safer living environment. again, hepa vacuuming, air scrubbers and great attention to the details are key to our delivery of consistently outstanding results. the majority of projects are completely dry within two hours and immediate occupancy thereafter is available. third party exit testing should be arranged for 4 to 48 hours after the completion of the work
