a puree of roasted carrot and sweet onion spiked with fresh ginger, finished with crème fraiche
The Woodford Roll
Locally raised pork from Hopeful Hills Farm, slowly braised in Woodford Reserve bourbon, and tucked into a golden eggroll with fresh shredded cabbage and carrots. Served warm with an Apricot Dijon dipping sauce
Florentine Soufflé
sauteed baby spinach and herbs baked in a light soufflé, served warm with Fontina cream… crowned with roasted tomato and pancetta

Spring Chicken
A boneless skinless chicken breast oven-roasted under a parmesan crust, served over whipped potatoes with an herbed lemon-chervil sauce. Accompanied by freshly steamed asparagus and a drizzle of sweet pea puree
Jasmine Rice Bowl
A filet of baked salmon atop fragrant Jasmine rice, steamed sugar snap peas, julienne carrots and red peppers… drizzled with Cashew Butter and finished with mild Thai chili glaze. Accompanied by a salad of red leaf lettuce, Mandarin oranges, English walnuts, rings of purple onion and our own poppyseed dressing

Nonesuch Kiss
A baked meringue shell filled with jamoca ice cream, hot fudge sauce, toasted sliced almonds, whipped cream and a cherry. Our house specialty!
Lemon Chiffon Cheesecake
