After Visiting relatives on the island for years long ago like you wont see it today Kristopher earned a job managing Giuseppi's. Straight out of Penn State He got to learn the ropes the hard way. After a few years of working overtime the previous owners were ready to sell. What a perfect opportunity for George and Peggy (Mom & Dad) to invest their retirement in!
George, a perfectionist cook at heart had spent 35 years underground mining coal in Western PA. Peggy, always with a smile, loved teaching kindergarten in the Greensburg school district. One thing led to another and now you'll see George 7 days a week making dough, prepping meats and veggies, placing orders and doing things his way around the kitchen. Peggy still enjoys making little ones happy by letting them search for treasures in her pirate's chest. She's meeting and greeting everyone and keeping busy with her cleaning list. Kris, he's still here wearing as many hats as possible to make it all happen and is looking forward to retirement (hah! seems he already has.)
Of course our family could not do it ourselves and in fact some of our staff has been here longer than we have. Each and every year you will see familiar faces in the kitchen enjoying the best environment they've ever worked. Your server from 2007
