(New Orleans c.1870) Whistlepig 15yr Estate Oak, Sazerac de Forge & Fils, sugar, Peychauds bitters, Herbsaint liqueur, and Lemon oils Whistlepig 15yr Estate Oak Rye is for the true connoisseur of Rye. It takes its name from our Vermont Estate Oak, where it finishes its long, 15 year life. Sustainably harvested right off our 500-acre farm, the wood has more rings than the standard American oak used in whiskey barrels, imparting more flavor during maturation. Hitting the bottle at 92-proof, the liquid is assertive and wise beyond its 15 year age statement. Sazerac de Forge & Fils cognac blend includes cognacs made from a number of old and rare native grape varieties which gives the unique opportunity for one to enjoy cognac as it was 150 years ago, prior to the phylloxera epidemic. Herbsaint liqueur is still made with Marion Legendre's original 1930's recipe and the liqueur's unique anise flavor is a key ingredient in the official Sazerac cocktail recipe

Orange
What is orange wine? A wine made with white grapes macerated with their skins. Orange wine is simply white wine made like a red wine. On the palate, they're big, dry, and have tannin like a red wine with a sour cidery quality
Named after Angelo Gaja's daughter Rossanna, we are proud to offer Gaja Rassj Bass Chardonnay. The fruit for this wine is sourced from estate vineyards in Barbaresco and Serralunga d'Alba in Barolo. This wine is crafted with mostly Chardonnay and is blended with a small amount of Sauvignon Blanc which brings finesse and lift to the wine. The grapes are meticulously harvested, resulting in a wine that is precise, mineral driven, bright and fresh with aromas and flavors of white flowers, citrus fruits and honey

Domaine Weinbach is named after the little stream which runs through the property and has been planted with vines since the 9th century, it was established as a winery in 1612 and hass been owned by the same family since 1898. The grapes used in this bottling come from the lower parts of the grand cru Schlossberg vineyard. Part of the vineyard lies outside the official boundary, so the wine cannot be labeled "grand cru." This wine cries for seafood

Domaine Leflaive
The roots of the Leflaive family go back to 1717 when Claude Leflaive took up residence in Puligny-Montrachet, intent upon cultivating several acres of vineyards. The domaine, in its present form, was created by Joseph Leflaive between the years of 1910 and 1930. Domaine Leflaive is one of the pioneers of biodynamic viticulture in Burgundy. After increasing trials at the beginning of the 1990s, conversion has been total since 1996. In the cellars, the same philosophy of respect presides over the entire vinification process and follows the purest Burgundian tradition: long and natural fermentations in oak barrels in the first year and in stainless steel the second winter. Fermentations are solely from indigenous yeasts

Domaine de la Romanée-Conti
The first owner of Domaine de La Romanee-conti was the Abbey of Saint Vivant in Vosne, in 1232. The monks owned 1.8 hectares of vineyards and understood this was - and still is - an exceptional terroir. It's in this vineyard where the vines of the famous wine La Romanée-Conti grow today. Since 1869 the domaine of 25 hectares with seven vineyards - all Grand Crus - has been co-owned by the Villain and Leroy-Roche families. Many Burgundians reverently refer to Domaine de la Romanée-Conti as simply "The Domaine''. Domaine de la Romanée-Conti produces some of the world's most revered wines from its tiny vineyards in Vosne-Romanée. Two of the domaine's seven grand cru vineyards — La Romanée-Conti and La Tâche —are two of Burgundy's greatest vineyards

Bordeaux - Grand Cru Classés en 1855
The Bordeaux Classification of 1855. Empeor Louis-Napoléon Bonaparte III insisted on a wine classification system for France's premier Bordeaux wines, so the most influential brokers and industry figures devised a system to grade the very best wines from the region. The ranking was based on the chateau's reputation and trading price. This ranking system for classifying Bordeaux wines is still the benchmark to this day, and is known as the Bordeaux Wine Official Classification of 1855

The joint vison of winemakers Luis Valentin and Carmen Enciso. They joined their surnames together and their 36 years of combined winemaking experience and started a winery. Since the winery opened in 1998 the wines are of exceptional quality year after year. They practice sustainable viticultural methods. They are also the only winery in the region to used concrete tanks for fermentation. They use only the best Tempranillo grapes, after fermentations the wine is aged in fine grain French Oak. The wine was bottled in 2018 hence the "10 years later". The resulting wines are silky savory and seamless, with explosive aromas of red and black fruits, with delightful baking spice and vanilla notes, yet still fresh and youthful

2018 Benovia Tilton Hill Pinot Noir
$165.00
This distinct Pinot Noir comes from Benovia's estate vineyard perched on an extremely cold and windy ridgetop near the town of Freestone, just a few miles from the rugged coastline of the Pacific Ocean in the Sonoma Coast AVA. Savory aromas of raspberry, white pepper, black tea and forest floor intrigue the nose and lead to hedonistic flavors of juicy plum and mixed berries on the palate. The savory finish is laden with umami, spice and a supremely velvety texture. Family owned and operated, Benovia is a labor of life, and life is fulfilling. Proprieters, Mary Dewane and Joe Anderson were both raised on hard work by their fathers, Ben Dewane and Novian Anderson."Hard work brings rewards" they would say. "Be the best at what you do and never, ever produce anything that wouldn't make you proud

One Ranch - Two Counties. Pride Mountain Vineyards has been owned and managed by the Pride family since 1990. It is Uniquiely situated atop Spring Mountain. The contiguous vineyards span the Napa/Sonoma line at 2100 Feet. It is here that winemaker Sally Johnson handcrafts limited production wines that artfully meld concentration and brightness. Complexity and balance. Inspired by a love of the land and a commitment to excellence in winemaking the Pride wine reflect the majestic beauty of their mountaintop setting
