We offer active and trigger point release. A typical class begins with a warm-up comprised of stretching/mobility work, agility drills, light metabolic work, or any one of numerous exercises designed to prepare your body for your workout. We then move into a skill or strength session that might include anything from working on your double under jump rope technique to testing your one rep max for the dead lift. We then move into the Workout Of the Day, which is a constantly varied workout ranging from short five minute workouts to longer thirty plus minute workouts.
