Circuit training is a great total-body workout which by nature will keep your heart rate elevated in order to burn the MAX amount of calories both during AND after your workout! Our circuits include all of our toys (TRX, medicine balls, BOSU, battle ropes, kettlebells, sandbags, boxing, etc.). Circuits are designed new each day and we vary the work/rest intervals in order to keep your body responding (Tabata intervals included!). Time flies as you move through the stations, all fitness levels are welcome!
