Live Stream - Private TRX Training
Personal Training on the TRX with Mary Guys - this is my absolute favorite functional movement and full body (for all walks of life!) go-to for complementing a current yoga practice and/or exercise routine. Especially when it comes to personal training or even for small group exercise classes geared towards full body functional movement, core strength & in particular - for allowing a full body circuit workout without the need for much time or extra equipment! And Yes -it is an investment initially for purchasing your own TRX home suspension training system - but right away you will see for yourself that TRX is a genius and powerful tool for maintaining the whole body. I absolutely love it personally and I think the best parts about it are its accessibility, ability to adapt and tailor to each person's needs and general levels of fitness, and most important of all - the short duration of time required for stimulating muscle mass, strengthening the whole body to include the cardiovascular system, and in many cases - for total body toning and weight loss. For ALL levels and all goals!! These TRX sessions are 30 minutes long which includes both TRX instruction and workout. Live-Stream "Fun-Size" TRX Sessions with Mary

Class Descriptions
Vinyasa I (Beginner Friendly)
The Sanskrit word Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement." Vinyasa Yoga flows through each series of poses in a fluid motion lead by the breath. By applying a more internal, energetic approach to the practice, students will learn how to move through a series of poses with more intelligence, awareness and ease. The purpose of Vinyasa is to create heat in the body, which leads to purification of the body. This is a level one class, appropriate for beginners to advanced.
Vinyasa All-Levels
Whether you are new to yoga or experienced, Vinyasa – All Levels is for everyone. This class links body movement with breath and emphasizes warming the body and restoring balance. Pose modifications and challenges are offered to fit the participant's experience level. Starting slowly with warm up poses, the music takes you to a progressively higher energy level about midway into the class and concludes with a cooling & final relaxation period. Some benefits for you are improved posture, flexibility, balance, overall strength and of course - the calming of your mind and relief from stress!
Gentle Yoga & Meditation
Gentle yoga focuses on basic yoga poses (asanas) and emphasizes stretching, strengthening and coordination of breath with movement. This class is designed to enhance breath awareness, balance, and flexibility. Each class includes an introduction to a different meditation technique or type of meditation. The ultimate goal of this class is to unite the body and mind leaving the practitioner feeling fully aligned and uplifted at the end of each session.
Gentle Yoga - (Beginner Friendly)
Based on the yoga principle of using the breath to calm the mind and relax the muscles, this class will focus on poses that stretch, strengthen, and tone while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. Students will explore basic flow poses to increase balance and energy, while opening hips, shoulders, back and legs. Each class will include deep relaxation and visualization techniques to enhance the mind/body connection to focus and discipline the mind. The slower, gentler pace is easy enough for beginners, and great for everyone who wants/needs to slow down a bit. This class is for all levels wanting to enjoy the basics of yoga to find their centering energy and self.
Gentle Vinyasa All-Levels (Beginner Friendly)
This Gentle Vinyasa class spends extra time on stress-relief, releasing tension in the body, and improving flexibility. Expect to enjoy restorative poses mixed in with the flow and find yourself refreshed as you move into the weekend. This class aims to shake off the work week in a gentle, relaxing way that is enjoyable for beginner and seasoned yogis alike!
Destress Deep Stretch
Destress Deep Stretch Yoga, a blend of Yin and Restorative Yoga, primarily involves floor poses, typically held for 3 to five minutes, and are designed to allow you to stretch muscles and joints while accessing the deeper layers offascia – the body's connective tissue that allows our body to function as a unit. The class is designed to reduce stress and anxiety while increasing circulation, flexibility and joint mobility. Finding yourself in poses as you meet your own, "edge", using props and support as needed, brings a stillness and calm to the mind and body that encourages a deeper awareness of the body and the breath as you practice - and ensures an excellent night sleep after the practice. The class is appropriate for beginners new to yoga, as well as to advanced practitioners of all levels and abilities.
Yin Yoga
The quiet meditative practice of Yin Yoga is the perfect way to end the week. Yin works deeply inward to activate the body's meridians and target joints, ligaments, muscles, and fascia, the connective tissue that holds us all together. These deep, long-held passive poses improve the energy flow in the body (Chi) and allow for release of tension, calm and balance the mind and body, and increase circulation while improving flexibility. Practicing Yin is like a slow waltz using the breath, mind and body. As Bernie Clark says, "Yoga is a dance, not a wrestling match" and Yin shows us the benefits of that dance through release. It will provide a great ending to the week!
Barre Flow Class (All-Levels)
A graceful flow of ballet, Pilates and Vinyasa yoga that utilizes the whole body for improving strength, cardiovascular ability and balance. Lengthen your muscles and improve flexibility with this invigorating blend of movement - class format changes depending on the day and all levels are welcome! For those attending livestream from home - please have freedom of movement to allow for kicks and keep a sturdy chair nearby for any segments we practice at the barre on-site
Morning Vinyasa
Wake up body, mind, and spirit with Morning Vinyasa! This class will combine breath work, flowing postures, guided imagery, and visualizations. This combination will allow participants to practice presence, compassionate self-care, and body awareness. Come prepared to gently awaken and invigorate your body, energize your mind, and uplift your spirit in preparation for the day ahead!
Chair Flow Yoga - (Beginner Friendly)
Chair Yoga makes yoga accessible to people who lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine positions. While seated on chairs, students can do versions of twists, hip stretches, forward bends, and mild backbends. Many of the basic body mechanics of the individual postures are retained, no matter the stance of the practitioner. The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of your body allowing you to work the joints and muscles to increase flexibility, strength, balance, and circulation. It goes beyond typical exercises in that it encourages quiet reflection, proper breathing, reduction of stress and a sense of well-being. The benefits of this practice are remarkable. Students report reduced blood pressure, faster recovery from injury or surgery, better sleep, increased mobility and improved posture.
Senior Stretch (Silversneakers Class)

The goal is for your body to feel better, prevent injury, and increase range of motion. For more information and to check your availability go to SilverSneakers website www.silversneakers.com. Free Karma Class
Stress is inescapable, and is a part of everyone's life; however, chronic stress can threaten your well-being. Yoga can help you learn to respond to stressors with the right blend of inner fire and inner calm. "Yoga is the practice of quieting the mind" _Patañjali
Private Classes
You will work one on one with your yoga instructor to improve posture and flexibility, correct muscular imbalances and alignment, build strength and balance, and even decrease tension through developing body awareness and relaxation techniques. Benefits of a private yoga lesson include the specific asanas or poses tailored to your individual needs, on-going instruction and encouragement during your session and regular communication with your instructor, as well as elimination of feelings of intimidation during your practice. Who would benefit from private yoga lessons? Generally speaking, anyone and everyone would benefit from a private yoga lesson! Individuals that might be taking care of old or new injuries that might require one on one attention due to limitations, and those recovering from illness or serious health conditions might also consider this option. Additionally, even physically-active individuals that want to cross train for their specific sport or hobby would benefit from private lessons, allowing the session to target sport-specific muscles and goals.

Mary Snyder
RYT 200, B.S. Exercise Science, Studio Manager. Mary has always led an active lifestyle, though moving back to the States after four years Overseas to begin Middle School in Yorktown, VA, was a bit of a culture shock. Throughout the following years, Mary could not quite seem to find her niche and bounced from recreational sport to sport, until finally during her Freshman Year of high school she took up Tae Kwon Do and long distance running. After obtaining her Black Belt and logging hundreds of miles, Mary decided that the physiology and even psychology behind exercise and well-being was just too alluring to ignore, and before long, she was enrolled at VCU in Richmond, VA, in order to earn her B.S. in Exercise Science and Minor in Psychology. In 2006 while still at VCU, Mary was certified as a Personal Trainer and Yoga instructor and has been training clients and teaching classes ever since. Prior to and upon graduation in 2009, Mary has served in various commercial, corporate, private and even medical wellness facilities, training individuals from all walks of life; at-risk youth, individuals recovering from injuries and even teaching yoga classes geared towards endurance athletes. Her passion, however, is working with clients to maintain physical and emotional balance and well-being. With her background in yoga and her own personal experience with running, backpacking, and climbing, Mary's expertise revolves around functional training – for everyone. Mary works with clients to pinpoint muscular imbalances and helps them to develop more body awareness – because to Mary, developing body awareness and strength geared towards functional movement is essential to avoiding injury and staying fit. Mary was also recently certified as a Lifestyle Educator through FirstLine Therapy, and works with clients wishing to make lifestyle changes through engaging in healthier eating and increased physical activity. Becky Waters
E-RYT 200 Yoga Instructor. YWI – Yoga Warrior International. Becky is a retired educator who taught elementary education and special education preK-high school, worked as a building level administrator, and ultimately became a teacher educator. As a consultant trainer for ETS, she trained teachers and administrators in 43 of the 50 states. Being married to a career Navy man allowed her the experience of living and traveling many places across the U.S. and Europe and provided her with a tremendous awareness and appreciation for diversity and multiculturalism. She has been a Yorktown resident for the past 30 years. Becky discovered the benefits of Yoga several years ago as she was searching for relief from chronic back pain. She quickly found that yoga is much more than contorting the body into poses – it is a way of life blending mind, body, and spirit. She completed her 200-hour training at ZYA in Newport News and has recently completed the YogaWarriorsInternational™ training, hoping to take her Yoga practice to a higher level working with wounded warriors and caretakers. Becky adapts her classes to meet the needs of her students, focusing on helping students find their center and improve their strength, flexibility, and balance.
Audrey Smiddy
RYT 200 Yoga Instructor. Audrey is a York County local with serious adrenaline issues (skydiving, anyone?), and a passion for serving others. Diagnosed with Crohn's Disease at the age of eighteen, Audrey was determined to incorporate healthy lifestyle habits and natural remedies into her treatment. A few months later in January of 2009, she began her first yoga class. Originally intending to use yoga as not only a compliment to her medical treatment, but also as a way to stay fit as an aspiring airline stewardess, she was surprised to instead find her niche in the serenity and incredible journey that was yoga. Trading in her travel aspirations in for an RYT-200 (Registered Yoga Teacher through Zenya Yoga Academy) in the Spring of 2013, Audrey has committed her life to serving others through yoga. Additionally, she has since enjoyed five years of health far exceeding the grim predictions of her doctors, and is entirely confident she has yoga combined with a healthy lifestyle to thank for her success in combating Crohn's disease. When Audrey is doing something other than lounging around in Scorpion Pose, you'll most likely find her afloat in her kayak, playing fetch with Aziza (the mystery mutt), or seeking out local adventures with her loved ones. She couldn't be more excited to be a part of the Garden of Zen family, and sincerely looks forward to traveling through this yoga journey with you.
Martine Hutton
RYT 200 Yoga Instructor. Martine has a passion: restoring physical and mental balance to all her students through therapeutic yoga exercises led by a warm and caring instructor. Since her earliest years growing up in France, Martine has always enjoyed sports (aerobics, tennis, Jazzercise, and fifteen years of yoga), but when her daughter was diagnosed with cancer, she found her calling. As her daughter slowly recovered, Martine was drawn to therapeutic yoga, taking her 200 hour yoga certification at the Glenmore Yoga and Wellness Center in Richmond, focusing on a gentle yoga designed for students recovering from illness, surgery or other health considerations. Martine adapts her classes to ensure that all of her students can safely practice poses that develop strength, increase range of motion, and enhance self-esteem and wellbeing. Kim Thompson
RYT 200 Yoga Instructor. Kim was born and raised in Yorktown, VA and now resides in Poquoson, VA with her husband. She grew up dancing (ballet, tap, jazz, and many more styles) and has always had a passion for movement. So when Kim attended her first yoga class in college, it was a natural fit. She continued to develop her personal yoga practice throughout college and graduated from Liberty University with a degree in accounting in 2013. Seeking to deepen her practice and find balance in both her career and lifestyle, Kim began her yoga teacher training in 2016 and became a RYT-200 Yoga Instructor in 2017. After years of nurturing a passion for yoga, meditation and mindfulness, Kim is eager to share this passion with the community in her hometown. Kim enjoys teaching Vinyasa style yoga classes that focus on both building strength and clearing stress. She believes that a yoga class should generate positive energy and cultivate a strong connection between the mind, body, and spirit.
Jessica Cunningham
RYT 200 Yoga Instructor. Jessica was born and raised in Northern Virginia. Some might call her the sensitive artist type. Before having children, she was a Graphic Designer & Print CS Rep. She and her husband moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 2003, where they started a family. Striving to be the best, she quit working to concentrate on giving her family all of her time and energy. Even with a busy family, she tried to be physically active when she could. Jessica took her first Yoga class in the mid-90s and has practiced on & off since then. If not Yoga, she tried to be active in other ways, like working out at home and meeting friends at the gym. After living in PA for almost 13 years, she moved back to Virginia, but now on the southern coast, which is awesome because she loves the ocean. She still loves to take care of her family & home, but her daughters are growing up and she wanted to find a new purpose, outside of her home. She went to Yoga class to help with the stress of trying to figure things out. Little did she know, that Yoga was her new purpose! She wanted, even needed, more than what a gym Yoga class could give her. Fate stepped in and now she is proud to say she is a Yoga Instructor. Being able to help herself and others is very fulfilling to her. She wants to be her best self, for her, for her family, and for everyone else in her life. Yoga is teaching her the tools to be herself and to be happy. She is dedicated to teach and show you how Yoga can bring happiness and tranquility into your life. When Jessica is not spending time with friends and family, being a softball- and dance-mom, or practicing Yoga, she is being "crafty" . She loves to make homemade cards, fun home décor, and scrapbooking her family's fun and active life. – Namaste!

Francis Urich
E-200 RYT, 500-RYT - Yoga Teacher. Born in Fife, Scotland, Frances has traveled and lived overseas for many years throughout her career with the British Government. More than 25 years ago in Scotland, Frances attempted her first yoga class in order to find an alternative exercise option from running outside in the rain. Upon recognizing the challenge of a yoga practice, and the various limitations she experienced (touch my toes - is that a joke? Hold a Downward Facing Dog? I don't think so!) a newly humbled, and inspired Frances began to seek as much knowledge for her own personal yoga practice as possible. Upon moving to Washington D.C. where she met and married her husband. They were fortunate enough to move every two years with her husband's military service, this gave her the opportunity to try out different styles of yoga, from the East Coast to the West Coast. They eventually settled into Southern VA, this granted her the opportunity to take the next step and enroll in the RYT-200 Teacher Training at Zenya Yoga Academy. Then followed on with the RYT-300 Teacher Training. Finding a love of Yin Yoga, Frances has taken 150hrs Training with Biff Mithoefer. Frances finds herself drawn to Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and Chair Yoga. Constantly evolving, incorporating meditation and Yoga Nidra into the class allows everyone to find Joy in their practice. Her motto - forever a student of yoga, on and off of the mat, you can take your practice with you wherever you go - at home, in a studio, or just sitting outside in quiet meditation.

An avid runner since childhood, Agatha ran her first half-marathon while living in Germany. All of the years of running finally caught up with her and she suffered numerous injuries which helped her to finally discover yoga. She is passionate about her practice because she saw first-hand what a great difference it has made in her life. He attended Devry University in Phoenix, working on his Electrical Engineering degree, before joining the Army in 1981. During his fist overseas assignment in Germany, he met his wife Christine and they traveled the world with their 3 children before settling down in Newport News, Virginia in 1998. After 20 years of active duty, he worked for NASA and then transferred to a DOD civilian on Fort Eustis, where he is currently a course manager for TRADOC. John was introduced to yoga when Christine started her yoga career in 2007. He started practicing yoga to be a good supportive husband, but soon realized how helpful yoga was. While in the military, he had fractured his vertebrae and was suffering bouts of extreme backache. His newfound yoga practice was alleviating the intensity of his pain. When Christine started training yoga teachers in 2011, he expressed interest in eventually taking one of her trainings. When she partnered up with Garden of Zen, he was excited to join the first GOZYTT class and graduated as a RYT-200 Yoga Teacher in August 2020. He became certified in Yin Yoga in October 2020. In 2012, she completed the initial 200 hour training. She wanted to introduce yoga to those who believe yoga is weird, only stretching, or only for those who are already flexible. She also completed her 500 hour training and a variety of classes for continuing education. Through YogaFit, she completed focused training for back problems, seniors, weight loss and people who are overweight. At Satchidananda Ashram, the Integral Yoga Academy, she completed 20 hours of LifeForce Yoga for depression and 30 hours of Yoga for Arthritis. She is an experienced teacher with well over 500 classes taught. She has been teaching a group of mostly retirees at Langley AFB twice a week for 6 years. Vicki has brought her husband to yoga. They like to travel and try local studios wherever they go. They have tried Ashtangha yoga and plan to keep trying different types and different places. This is an adorable Yoga Studio! I attended a class while I was visiting from out of town. The staff are warm and welcoming, the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing meditation, and the class/instructor experience was wonderful. They provide all equipment you may need, and set the class at a pace everyone can follow, allowing for modifications to make your practice more or less strenuous. This place is a gem!

Garden of Zen Yoga Studio in Yorktown is an amazing place. The owner Del Snyder and her cadre of instructors have the experience, expertise and personal connection that makes yoga a challenging, fun, and non-threatening experience. Joining and signing up for classes is painless. Yoga at Garden of Zen is affordable too and convenient even for those with busy schedules. The other students are welcoming and fun to be with. I don't think there is a better place to learn and improve your yoga practice and I look forward to every session. OH, I should mention that the studio offers vegan food, wonderful teas, clothing and jewelry for sale. Stop in for a visit and I'll bet you will get hooked on yoga like I am!
Student Testimonial
Darla K
I must first thank you [Del] for providing the amazing experiences that I have discovered at Garden of Zen! It is not what I expected!! So I feel compelled to write a testimony of the benefits for my health in so many aspects following a terrible illness, near death long term hospital stay, and recovery. I came to your "business" with much doubt and reluctance! I finally "tried" because I was "ordered" by my doctor to try yoga on a very regular basis. He has been my long time doctor and I' m friends with his colleague. I always thought yoga would conflict with my spiritual beliefs so I actually avoided the discipline in any regard. Since my doctor and I are of the same faith, I began to listen more closely due to my serious health issues. I have been more willing to try anything to relieve my pain, and my doctors enthusiastic endorsement of yoga finally made me explore possible yoga classes. My doctor was emphatic that I NOT take" gym yoga". He wanted me to participate in yoga classes that would allow me to address my medical limitations, heal, and not become discouraged. I visited Garden of Zen because another friend also encouraged me to visit. I immediately" felt at home" and signed up for unlimited monthly classes. I was also pleasantly impressed that I received a military discount. I was very nervous, and did not believe I could do any of the practice nor remember any of the instructions due to my physical and mental impacts of my illness. I had a terrible attitude of doubt. I was shocked on how my body, mind, and spirit responded! That was almost a month ago. I have been attending almost every day, sometimes twice a day! To my amazement the improvements in my overall wellbeing have been almost miraculous! The various teachers have noticed the marked improvements as well as everyone else in my life. I do not question the results …I am only thankful. I have purchased books on Yoga and realize I can embrace yoga without compromising my faith. I close with much thanksgiving on this Veteran's Day for Del and her family, who also serve our great country and for having the insight to create such a healing place. I would also like to recognize my doctor, Dr. Hoag, who literally saved my life, first in recognizing my serious health problem and providing the correct health guidance and for recommending yoga as a way to a healthy life! Dr. Hoag is a doctor with the Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group @ Discovery Park Family Medicine, 5424 Discovery Park Blvd. A, Suite 201, Williamsburg, VA 23188. Thank you for allowing me to share my story.

When: 5/9/2021 My family moved to York County in 1997. I remember renting movies from Video Update before it turned into a mattress store- and I can remember being able to see the stars much more clearly from my parent's backyard before Wawa was built on the corner of Rt. 17
Highlights From the Solar Plexus Workshop
When: February 3, 2021. Solar Plexus, Manipura, or "Lustrous Gem" Solar Plexus, Manipura, or "Lustrous Gem" . Highlights From The Solar Plexus Workshop: Wisdom of Our Ancestors, Part III. "Trust that your soul has a plan, even if you can't see it completely, know that everything will unfold as it is meant to be." _Deepak Chopra. Behold—the beautiful and ever-cheerful sunflower! Did you know that young sunflowers begin their mornings facing east, turn their heads to follow the sun throughout the daytime, and then finish the day watching as the sun's final rays fade into the west? Ever devoted, these growing sunflowers shift again to the east during the nighttime in anticipation of the sun's return. On days when heavy clouds obscure the sun, the flowers face in the direction where the sun would be, if visible. If you would only take the time to really reflect upon this natural phenomenon, surely you could find the inspirational message this marvel whispers to humankind. The solar plexus chakra, represented by the color yellow—is, in essence, our own inner sunshine. This internal sun houses our confidence, self-motivation, and our ability to make definitive decisions. It allows us to honor self-respect, harness our unique personalities, and set personal boundaries. To consider an unbalanced solar plexus chakra, on the other hand, let us return to the sunflower. Now, taking what we know about the behavior of a sunflower, imagine, instead, a sunflower facing a brick wall. While this brick wall is figurative, perhaps you can remember days or even long stretches of time where you've experienced feeling closed in on yourself, possibly lost on which direction to take next, or even fallen into an unhealthy pattern of people-pleasing. During our workshop on the solar plexus chakra, our group discussed the manifestations of both a balanced and unbalanced solar plexus, the power of positive affirmations (likewise negative thoughts/emotions), and the major relationship between our bodies and the food we eat. As emphasized in earlier workshops, our diet impacts our physical health as well as the vitality of our energetic foundation—the chakras.
Teacher Training for Class of 2021- This Is Yoga
When: December 30, 2020. "We have two true homes: the land and our bodies. Both of which work to bring healing and wellness, love and balance, Good medicine and growth, if only we would help them more along the journey and celebrate them." Excerpt by Brigit Anna McNeil. Many of us begin each new year with hopes, dreams, and goals in mind. That said, against our own efforts and our best intentions sometimes, many of these hopes and dreams are not realized. 5 Great Ideas From the Sacral Workshop: Wisdom of Our Ancestors
When: December 17, 2020. 5 Great Ideas From The Sacral Workshop: Wisdom of Our Ancestors, Part II. "I love all dimensions of Myself. I delight in weaving the creative tapestry that is my life." - Anon. You know when you eat something really delicious, oftentimes your gut reaction is to immediately ask the person who cooked it how they seasoned it? This is so good, what's in it?! Well, over the weekend, Professional Chef Jason Rodriguez invited us to see food in another way. Rather than asking about the seasonings in food, he encouraged us to ask instead, where did you get your ingredients? While keeping this concept in mind, please keep reading to discover 5 great ideas pulled from the workshop!
Wisdom of Our Ancestors: the Root Chakra
When: December 8, 2020. For years, our home has been in the throes of natural disasters, severe climate change due to heavy pollution, and bizarre weather phenomena. I mean, fire tornados? What in the world has gone wrong? Simply stated, our earth is sick. These physical manifestations on our planet are the continued global outcry for lasting and positive change. Quite honestly, these events are about as symptomatically-telling as you can get. Before we could ever have a discussion about what it would take to heal our lands, we need to first take a look within. That's right. We need to take a really good look at ourselves. Have you ever marveled over the parallel between the earth and our own bodies? If you think about it, wildfires are like inflammation. Our bodies swell and build heat in areas that are unwell, too. Our clogged waterways are like the bloodstream: polluted waters and the life within them can't thrive just like our circulatory systems suffer when poor diet and disease cause our cells to harden. You may be left wondering why understanding this comparison is so important. We discussed all of the above and so much more in the first segment of our workshop series which centered on the root chakra. If you weren't able to make it, don't worry! We'll cover the highlights here so you won't miss out and tell you everything you need to know about what's coming up next.
13 Magickal Essential Oil Uses for All You Faerie/Witchy-Types Out There!
When: 10/25/2019, 11:32:12 PM. So, first off – What's with the spelling of Magickal, might you be asking? Well – let's just suffice it and say that as this article isn't about some sort of gift-set box full of fanfare Magic-Tricks (think White Rabbits in Top Hats, Cheap Decks of Playing Cards, a Fake, Severed Finger…the list goes on…) – though, those can be fun at times, too (except maybe for the finger lol :p)! But for the purposes of this post and since we will be getting a little on the spiritual and mystical side of the Universe and alll it embodies/encompasses (Okay, okay – entirely...) – the true reasoning behind the difference in spelling is most easily simplified in saying I merely wanted to conjure up images of the more, "witchy", mysterious and alluring counterpart of our dear friend, "Regular Magic"…And thus from here on out – we'll be waxing-Magickal, K? 3 3. And so now that we've hopefully settled any potential confusion ~ we shall discuss the 13 Everyday Uses for Essential Oils that shall surely appeal to not just us, "Faerie/Witchy-Types", out there – but also to folks whom are energetically-sensitive and aware, highly spiritual & consciously connected, folks whom practice or are interested in Yoga, Meditation, Energy-Healing & Energy Work, the Chakras, Essential Oils and Sacred Herbal Medicine, Ancient Wisdom and Loving Ancestors, Alchemy, Astrology, Nature, Feng Shui, the Elementals and Fairies, Gemstones & Crystals, Spirit guides and Divination, Psychic Abilities, Positive Change and Growth (Personally/Within Relationships/Career, etc.) – Essentially ~ anything to possibly fall under the universal umbrella of, "Magic(k)":P! 1.) Protection from Psychic Attacks, Aura-Shielding and Energetic & Spiritual Cleansing of Self/Others AND of Home/Sacred Spaces ~ Sage, Frankincense, Cedarwood, Basil, Palo Santo, Rosemary and Juniper. Add a few drops to an opaque-colored spray bottle of distilled water and you're in business! How about a lovely essential oil blend? Clarity contains both Basil and Rosemary! 2.) Protection, Energetic & Spiritual Cleansing of Magickal Items/Divinatory Tools (Tarot Cards, Gems & Crystals, Pendulums, etc.) ~ Sage, Cedarwood, Palo Santo, Juniper and Rosemary. How about a lovely essential oil blend? Mister contains Sage! 3.) Prayer/Rituals for Manifestation Magic(k) and Attracting Good Luck & Abundance (Meditation and Prayer -Shower Ritual for good dreasms/good day at workSimple) ~ As Sage takes away ALL energies (including the good) – it is best to remember to utilize only whilst you're in a sacred space and your auric shield is strong/your vibrations are high. Of course – you can always pair with a lovely sacred herb such as Lavender and Juniper for replenishing positive energies! As Rose has the highest vibration – using Rose essential oils as part of your rituals and Goddess Baths is also an excellent idea! How about a lovely essential oil blend? Joy contains Rose essential oil! 4.) Developing Intuition/Spiritual Gifts & Enhancing Psychic Abilities/Clairvoyance ~ Frankincense, Rosemary, Peppermint, and Juniper essential oils. 5.) Replenishing after Excessive-Energy Draining People, Situations, Etc. ~ Cedarwood for re-grounding your energies and Juniper, Lavender and Rose essential oils for Attracting Positive and Harmonious Energies. I also highly recommend Frankincense and Tangerine essential oils for an immediate boost in mood. 6.) Energy/Reiki Healing Sessions and Chakra Balancing for Self & Others ~ Hands down – Cedarwood and Sandalwood would be my go to essential oils for these purposes. However, any essential oils from Trees (i.e. Spruce, Pine, etc.) would also do well for these purposes! Top off with some higher vibration oils such as Frankincense and Rose or an essential oil blend such as Joy. 7.) Energy/Reiki Healing Sessions and Chakra Balancing for Yoga Instructors, Massage Therapists, Reiki/Energy Healers ~ Again, I would still recommend Cedarwood and Sandalwood for these purposes. However, a refreshing scent for your clients or therapeutic spaces would also include a blend of Lemon, Clove, Cinnamon Bark, and Orange. How about a lovely essential oil blend? Thieves contains Clove, Cinnamon, and Orange essential oils! 8.) DIY Herbal Remedies for Everyday Pet & Household Cleaning *that actually work (AND doesn't P!%!-off the Fairies!;p)* ~ If I was to prepare my sacred space as well as keep my darling Boston Terrier, Virgo (FYI guys – beware- she's an Aquarius to a Tee!) safe from harsh chemicals, etc. – Thieves would be my go to blend for making a baking soda/essential oil blend powder for sprinkling into the carpet/heavily used rugs, etc. and for vacuuming after a good settling of 20-30 minutes. Though – in days of old – Cinnamon was also used for this purpose and especially for cleansing the kitchen floors prior to magick work! 9.) DIY Chakra and Manifesting/Magick Ritual Candles! ~ Something I have found that works beautifully is to add 2-3 drops of my favorite essential oils to my unscented votive and tealight candles prior to lighting them. Paired with color magic and intention ~ red candles with Cinnamon Bark essential oil are great for attracting prosperity and abundance and of course for a boost in action-taking energies! I tend to add Cedarwood or Clarity/Mister for extra protective energies while I am working my Faerie/Witchy magick. 10.) Balancing and Uplifting Mood & Boosting Inner Peace ~ Like attracts like and in this case – The Law of Attraction is a dealbreaker. Choose zesty scents such as Lemon, Orange, Tangerine and Citrus Fresh for an immediate boost – of course essential oils such as Lavender, Juniper and Christmas Spirit are top favorites in my home! 11.) Grounding and Reduction of Anxiety & Stress ~ Frankincense, Cedarwood, Sandalwood, Blue Tansy, Ylang Ylang, Tangerine, Orange and Lavender. How about a lovely essential oil blend? Peace & Calming contains Tangerine, Orange, and Ylang Ylang to name a few! 12.) Divination, Dream Interpretation & Dream Recall ~ Sandalwood, Jasmine, Ylang Ylang, Patchouli, Frankincense, Peppermint, Blue Tansy, Clarity and Lavender. 13.) Connecting with Archangels, Your Guardian Angels & Spirit Guides, etc. for Receiving Divine Guidance and Assistance ~ Sandalwood, Jasmine, Angelica, Cedarwood, Frankincense, Rose, Joy, Patchouli, Palo Santo, and anything you may feel guided to work with would be some great places to start for these purposes! Additionally, for specific connection with ancestors and the Archangels – be sure to set your protections prayers and sacred spaces first and be advised that there's a plethora of information for which essential oils/sacred herbs are best for connecting with specific archangels and Angelic Guides.
Energy Vampires, Grounding, & Protecting Yourself Vibrationally
When: 10/10/2019 A geode. A birthday gift - outwardly... quite the, "natural beauty", of gemstones...no added glitter or fanfare - just the plain, roughly speckled with soft tones of grey, pale tans and brown, golden beiges, faded greens, and light orange complexion of its naturally earthen tones. And to be jam-packed full of sparkling clusters of quartz crystals that ooze with glitter and stardust in varying shades of silvery, smoky greys, platinum violets, sheer orbs of white lights, and even some with quite strikingly unexpected of vibrant hues, too? This gemstone is quite a walking oxymoron, some might say - though I prefer to consider Geode more as its complex-perplexity of a true-self ~ beautifully, perfectly, and utterly- juxtaposed with contradiction
5 Mindful Gifts to Inspire More Inner-Peace, Hope & Happiness for 2019!
When: 12/15/2018, 11:45:26 PM. As the holiday season has reached full-swing all around, for many of us—this time of year takes on a different shape in our minds than it once did in our youth. Over the last year, many of us have likely experienced obstacles and personal struggles. Perhaps a powerful wake-up call has led to heavy self-reflection; maybe we have already closed a major chapter in our lives and are ready to begin anew. In any case, by this point in the year, our personal perspectives and energies have likely shifted—leaving many of us exhausted. Even still, life lessons in many shades tend to harbor blessings in disguise – reflecting back upon your own ups and downs over the last handful of years…is there something or someone for whom you are thankful and wish to express with a gift of gratitude that holds space for great positive transformations ahead in the year to come and even sends a message of well-wishes for a New Year full of more positivity & prosperity to its recipient (whom very well could be you – from yourself!)? For these reasons and as oftentimes most especially around this time of year as a general rule…we may also find ourselves desiring to withdraw a little as we are feeling much more reflective and hopeful for the strides we've gained throughout our cumulative years of hard work and intentional effort to reach such great heights likely yet unimaginable to even ourselves and just looming before us nearly within reach now up ahead as the massive, mountainous sentries we are now hopefully finally prepared to face; silently-ever at attention and ever-ready to part their arms at a moment's notice and allow us entrance to a world of endless possibilities and experiences beyond as our prize. So if you are looking to show love, appreciation, or support for yourself or for your loved ones this year – here are some wonderfully-mindful gift ideas to get you started! 1.) The gift of time for self-love and care with a personalized gift-card for a One-time New Student Unlimited 30 Days Intro package of yoga (including cardio barre classes!) for just $69! Have you or a loved one/your bestie ever been curious about having an intuitive oracle or tarot card reading session? These readings may be based upon whatever of burning questions you may have and whether it's just a need/desire for general guidance or for in a specific area of your life, for a quick status check on the flow of your chakras – another wonderfully mindful gift to consider would be purchasing a gift card for an oracle and/or tarot reading session with Mary (both online and face-to-face options available!) – here are her reading options and pricing list for Dina's Aura. Working with these vibrational tools, readers and their client/querent explore the energetic influences and past/present/ factors contributing, as well as the important themes and areas of focus with best next action-steps and personalized energetic tips for guidance. 4.) Virgo New Moon, Hurricanes & What on Earth is the Planet of Unexpectedness (Aka Uranus) Up To, Now!?
When: 9/18/2018, 6:29:06 PM. Originally shared last week, on 09/13/2018, and as a regular post on our Garden of Zen Yoga Studio FB Page, where I have frequently been sharing articles of interest (AKA ~ any and all sound and highly of interest articles and subjects that are semi-relevant, but not solely specific to practicing Yoga, per say) – as I find them and deem metaphysically/astrologically/zodiac-inclined and/or related, (i.e. ~ planetary/lunar transits and shifts, chakras/energy and vibrational healing, gemstone/crystal uses/benefits, etc.) As I was approached a few times with requests earlier this week for any helpful tips and suggestions for a little explanation of some of the influencing things happening astrologically that we are experiencing, and any tips for best working to keep our energetic levels at as optimum of level as possible (and at least the majority of our sane-minds, too!) throughout this sudden surge of highly and intensely-charged energy that a good chunk of us have likely begun to feel rising even as early as last Tuesday! Where should I start…hmm? I suppose perhaps with the New Moon we recently just had on Sunday, 9/9 – and… Wellp. It's the start of our first week in a month that's promisingly full of re-emerging energies and a renewed sense of purpose ~ September. With our most recent New Moon that fell on Sunday, September 9th, 2018 – the vision-obscuring dust and confusion of this multi-retrograde planet summer is finally beginning its process of settling; for Mercury and Mars returning back direct pro tempore, anyway – this year of, "Start-Stops", as many in the astrological inner circles have aptly dubbed 2018 collectively, is not quite finished with us – yet…but, the good news? Having Mercury, the planet of Communication and for all intensive purposes – the Self (or the Ego!!) and Mars, the warmongering planet of Motivation and Action; both stationing back direct and signaling the end to their respective stint in the slowwwwed energies of retrograde motion means it is now time to once again move FORWARD! Whether it's progress in a forward-moving direction that we have been spinning our wheels in angst and frustration against for the last several weeks – or getting a major project or idea to finally leave the ground and take off – or even just the relief of these heavy fogs and delays finally lifting so that we might once again be able to fully process the situations, communications, and the run of the mill issues of our every day lives with some clarity and ability – having these big players and their energies back on our side, so to speak, is a very, very good thing, indeed… And thus, as with every New Moon ~ the process of planting our seeds for inspired change, positive growth, and new beginnings is the talk of the hour! Consider nurturing these dream and desire-seedlings from the very depths of your heart with your lovingly-focused intentions and thoughts full of hope and inspiration…for as the saying goes ~ you reap what you sow But yeah…so the weird news? Hmm…checks under some paperwork on desk…shakes some notebooks to see if some missing notices pour out…Rubs jaw awkwardly. Well, vibe hikers of the Universe …looks like the 10-4 on what our plans may include in regards to Uranus – the planet of the…Unexpectedness !??… and just where exactly those energies plan to be spending this first of and subsequent weeks of September that follow…nor what all they might per say be inclined to be doing to pass their time on their transits – or visits – in all of our various areas of our personal astrological natal charts of which we're kinda to be all getting our own surprise-universe audits, of sorts? (Which would really be quite helpful to know – by the way!) Yeah… I just must not have gotten the monthly update in my energy inbox for Uranus in Sept for whatever reason … And with that – just know that even though it can feel like to have that kind of energy working to cosmically-wrench your life (and therefore stomach droppingly unstable and intense at times) with its sudden plummets here and there – the good news is – bc there's always the lighter good news to be found in all things; that though in our lives where there are sudden ripples beneath our foundations that totally knock us out of our tree poses by an invisible and quite frankly – entirely imperceptible sudden gust of wind – and we can outright also expect for there being times experienced as the sudden pitch black/going at a warp-speed-pace through some random tunnel of absolute uncertainty, too – (#LochnessMonster, anyone!? … Anyone?;p #BuschGardensWilliamsburg – FYI #Idontknowhowtodohashtags #butThemoresquishedtogetherwordsin#hashtag = #themoreItlookslikeThepersonKnows #whatThey'redoing (to meee, anyway – so…) #hopeImright #thinkwhatyouWANT #NotWhatyouDontWant #VibeHighVibeHikers). The relief comes from knowing that some – will also be sprinkled here and there throughout in order to help split things up a bit…and the best part?? Your New Moon Virgo Dreams and Desire-Seedlings might not quuuuuite match the genus and species of the universe flower you had thought you had energetically selected for yourrr ever-expanding garden of growth and ever-enhancing-awareness to, "purchase" (aka invest in), and proudly plant as your unique dreams for further bringing beauty and light to our world -and by your very own hands with all of your heart, spirit, and love!! But…that's only and always because our original benevolent and humanitarian-inspired prayers and intentions for cultivating and bringing into our reality as part of our life's story and our development as highly consciously-connected vibrational spiritual beings actually had another version of that prayer or confirmation answered for a request of a dream far more beautiful and beyond incredible than anything our current levels of awareness could possibly imagined on its own – let alone believed as even ever being a possibility for becoming our reality… And that's because the Divine Right Timing of the Universe always loves, protects & provides for all those whom are in need and for in all matters of abundance; enhancing ancient wisdom and spiritual growth, and/or self knowledge; the greater understanding and communication gained through developing these higher visions for yourself and our planet. Even if it doesn't always look or feel that way at times by and by … and even worse – sometimes it works out that our audits will find us caught off-guard in our bathrobes at 4am because we woke up from a weird dream and realized the back gate of our fence wasn't latched properly when we chance to glance out of our backyard glass sliding-doors, but because of feeling too lazy to bother with taking the time to re-loop through each slot of our robe just for the God-given sake of our boosted confidence by having our belt feel more securely-cinched and attached… Journey with me for a moment if you will on this short guided-visual I have crafted especially for you all, my dear fellow hikers – and in order to better illustrate the infinite of just how, "infinites of possibilities", could potentially unfold for any given person…You're beginning this visual by first drawing through your nostrils one deep, belly-breath…(the …are your exhales as in written text, by the way) – allowing your belly to slowly relax back towards your spine in exhale as your mind/body/and whole being start to release tension. Now – Let's take one more of those consciously-aware deep belly-breaths – and as you exhale this time – YOU, reader – are this very woman in the 4am bathrobe scenario described above… mutters to self further*…it's never back in its loops when I pick it up to next wear again another day, anyway …not even if I KNOW that I had finally had had it that last time and so had painstakingly made SURE that I wouldn't ever do myself such a disservice by leaving my robe like this – and for merely temporary laziness-driven satisfaction…in fact I can so clearly re-envision myself right now carefully weaving it through with a furrowed brow – and once done I even recall myself firmly hanging back on my robe hook with such satisfaction over my oh-so clever future to-myself good-deed! But…ahh – it's 4am … too much of a pain … Yeah – this must surely be an exception to my never set myself up for my without my belt appropriately-roped-through bathrobe situation and …besides – who else would be awake at this hour, anyway? Here -surely I'll just tie it around outside of the loops for a quick fix and I'll be in and out before the morning dew of the grass knows my bare feet ever passed over their jolting-of the physical-senses too-wet and shockingly-cold tips of grass blades – be right back, okay! Gets halfway across yard/is halted in tracks by sudden and all-encompassing deafening of all sensory-perception by intensely bright streams of spot lights and the deluge of sounds of police canine units barking in frenzied mania and of ear-piercing whistles jutting through the clamorous shouts of what's clearly the source of several men and women …and as the officer speaks after the white noise fizz of a radio… Captain? *muffled cutting in and out; returning male voice ending in a question, fizz sound, several sudden bumps and a finale crescendo in fumbled radio sounds, momentary bout of near-excessive static. "Yes, Suspect's identity confirmed for Serial backyard-bathrobe-partial-streaker lady… Affirmative. Belt is unlooped and tied-around waist as eye witness reports say – most definitely it's our girl". Lower frequency pitch fizz sound. Officer takes a step forward, "Ma'am?" Fades out with a man's voice and the rambling sounds of Miranda rights being read. Cartoon sound of eyes that slowly blink…blink. Two year's later … voice of talk show host announcing next guest as The internationally acclaimed /Multi-billionaire bestselling author of, The Bathroom Backyard Beauty: A Memoir… surrounding stunned silence of all vibe-hikers reading this article on my rendition of the enormity of what is Uranus' potential depending on the most particular of placements of our solar systems' big players affecting our lives personally and globally …So uhh – y'all still with me, here? *awkward short unconvincing little forced half chuckles. Just hang in there – it's just a little #Lochnessmonster #wedidntknowewereatbuschgardens #lasttimewecheckedwewereinatanningbedforfreeweekspraytans-type of energy shifts for a short spell. And thus if we could all only just keep our faith and trust in all that is for the highest good if we should happen to be one of the, "mystery wild card flower seeds"-planters…Well – at least I know that I one for sure can't wait to hear all about it!! Deep breath in; fully allowing exhale. Repeating several times and as often as needed.
Leaving Stones Behind for Others
When: 1/25/2018, 9:18:12 AM. Have you ever heard of a cairn? The word derives from a similar term in Scottish Gaelic, translating roughly to a man-made mound of rough stones, painstakingly and haphazardly stacked just so – and for a variety of reasonings; to leave a landmark, or a memorial – or to even mark the correct turn on a wildly and long-since overgrown passage of a trail that is difficult or challenging to follow. To me, they are such beautiful, friendly things. Sometimes all we need is a little bit of a reminder that others are not only somewhere out there; but that they're aware of our presence, too. And – regardless of whom or even what we are; or for whatever various reasons we one day happen to chance upon the very same grounds upon which they themselves once crossed over along in their own journeys…that they care about us. You know – those of us just chancing to be wandering along behind and in the same general direction for seeking our own life's purposes and paths? In fact – a rock cairn is one of my most favorite things to ever have stumbled across in my travels along this journey that we are all so fortunate as to call and make our own, my fellow hikers. For you see, our lives aren't linear. And I think a lot of times, we think it and feel that that is so… But, we'd have fallen clean off of the edge of the earth by now if that was so, you know. Which is another thing I believe we've often tricked our minds into believing has happened to us. Do you happen to recall that horrible, bottomless pit we have discussed at length previously – several times now, in fact? Those familiar-sounding thoughts reverberating through our skulls, "I Knew I should have taken that left at the fork in the trail a little ways back…now look where I am! Now I shall never find my way out of this mess!" And all those types of self-defeating thoughts of regret, guilt – even those of relentless shame and self-disgust. Lyrics from an old song surfaced from seemingly out of nowhere late last night; "Time to face the music", as I was, for whatever inexplicable reason, struggling to remain asleep. I think the lyrics were from a Techno-y/Trance-ish remix of an old song…couldn't tell you the name of the song (in fact – I can't even be entirely certain those are even the correct lyrics…but those were the words I always thought I was hearing whenever I listened to that song, anyway). And I don't exactly know why, but during a phase in my younger years – I listened to that song often…back during the days when staying up wayyyy too late on, "school nights", wasn't merely just a, "bad idea"; nor even some act of defiance or pitiful rebellion of mine, either. It was just an inevitability. I regularly found that no matter how tired I was, I just wouldn't be able to fall asleep at night – an inevitable and reoccurring struggle for me, back then. Plain and simple – at nights during those teen-ish years…my mind wandered. And I didn't particularly enjoy the places that my mind would venture, either…that fog-obscured path I felt myself teetering upon back then – well, to me those places my mind would visit and all things associated with them…they sucked. And please do pardon my phrasing here, by the way – but this was the era of middle and high school-aged years for me to which I'm currently referring, after all. The mid-late 90's and into the early…two-thousands (*side note: has anyone decided upon a sufficient terminology for referring to the "Y2K" and beyond-years, yet?) But what I didn't know back then is that the fog clears the higher that we climb; our vantage point and perception changes, and therefore – our understanding alters. It expands. It clears. Unmuddles. It unveils itself for what it really is, or rather – has been…all along. What a profound discovery for new possibilities this becomes, once we've reached even that height of awareness. We don't start there, though – none of us do. I do declare – but I believe that's one of the major purposes behind our climb in the first place! And…once we reach that first heightened level of awareness, well – we can choose to learn from that; is that also not part of our purpose on this planet? In this time? Or should we choose to grow bitter, feel cheated…jaded…fooled, even? You can certainly choose for yourselves and take from this line of semi-rhetorical questioning what you will; if I have learned anything thus far on my spiraling-upwards life's path – it's that we can only understand and accept things based upon the particular altitude at which we currently stand. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with that – it's just how it works (if you ask me, anyway). And perhaps I don't know this for everyone – but as for me, I do know that I sure spent some years myself down in the muck (as many of you fellow hikers are well-aware of, by now). And so I also happen to know that there's sure plenty of time down there in that bottomless pit for this type of pondering; I sure did – during those moments I was awake and lucid enough…or brave enough – to even ponder the reality of my life and situation at that time, that is. Because, maybe – Maybe we're all supposed to spend some time down there…time with our broken selves. Our yucky selves. Our befuddled and befoozled selves (whatever a bafoozle is). Bringing me back to my initial point. That our lives aren't linear. And as those familiar lyrics returned to the surface of my mind late last night, I found myself peering way down below and over all of the ever-spiraling switchbacks of my previous steps that eventually led me to where I stand now. And through the much clearer visibility that these heights of awareness I have reached now grant me. And so – just in case you were not some of the (seemingly to me, at least) – rare few others whom also shared my sentiments of experiencing any number of years as just plain, well…sucking (or perhaps you merely spent your upwardly-spiraling portion of your journey during these same years from a higher altitude than that of myself) – well, just understand this plain and simple fact that back then and at least to me – I felt like my entire life sucked. I felt like I sucked. And I wasn't exactly ungrateful for the life I had, per say. Nor was I ungrateful for the loved ones in my life, the privileges and all of the things available to me – I knew for those things to count myself as beyond fortunate. Blessed, even. Problem was, however – I was at such a low in that juncture of my journey…I didn't feel deserving of any blessings whatsoever. I felt I was so undesirable and…sucked so badly (?) – that I even felt ashamed of myself for existing. Worse yet? I felt sorry for my own family just having the apparent rotten luck of their unchangeable/fixed attachment/association to me. I felt like a living, breathing, mortification-personified. Shucks – I even felt sorry for my own clothes! And judge me if you can't help yourself – call me ungrateful, or self-pitying, or a loser. But please do try and understand that back then…I couldn't help feeling that way, truly. And I believe that's where so many people fall through the cracks – because there are so many lows that we are capable of going through (and often – destined to endure even, I have come to believe) and during which; the perception of others and from their potentially higher altitudes and/or simply different vantage points – simply can't fathom feeling. And yes – even at times those we hold most dear and closest to our hearts, and no matter how loved or important we are to each other – sometimes…the veil of fog just isn't the same during certain passages of our individual lives. And sometimes that's exactly the moment stumbling upon a cairn left behind by a kindhearted stranger – someone not knowing us from Adam and wanting nothing more than to offer a hand to anyone chancing along behind – is most needed. So maybe a cairn isn't always just something we can take for its most literal sense. Maybe they can be taken as whatever form of inspiration or encouragement that we leave in our wake for others – be it written, visual, or otherwise. So, please… Write your words. Hold your webinars. Skate your tails off in your Disney On Ice performances. Because there may be people behind you whom could really use the guidance – and they darn sure appreciate the encouragement. I know I did… And – I always will.

Our program has been uniquely designed to attune to the very heartbeat of our beautiful Earth and the universal sound of Om~ the vibrational Oneness of All. We have taken special care to design a curriculum that will encourage a sense of peace and relaxation for all. Our hope is that all who enters will find the studio to be a safe and comfortable place to broaden and expand their own yoga practice while cultivating the inner true self which resides in each one of us. Our goal for the Garden of Zen Yoga Studio Teacher Training (GOZYTT), is to aid our students in taking those initial steps towards greater self-awareness. With decades of combined experience, our faculty and adjunct staff infuse our curriculum with a variety of levels and abilities. As we are of a heart and Earth-loving centered culture, we emphasize language and cues to foster inclusiveness in order to release any pressure for competition or feelings of judgment or even comparison of self/others and instead—focus to cultivate a group classroom atmosphere that is welcoming for all while also guiding individuals to self-pace the progression of their unique healing experiences and personal life journeys. Our training also encompasses the instruction of a variety of specialty populations in our curriculum as we are aware of the importance of recognizing and embracing the unique situations of every individual along with any challenges he or she may face; and meet those challenges with our professional knowledge, loving kindness, and support.
