Galway Bay Oyster Dinner
Oysters have been harvested for consumption by generations of Irish. The oysters from Galway Bay have long had a reputation for excellence. Our locally sourced oysters are lightly breaded and seasoned, pan fried in olive oil and served with a cocktail sauce.
Another Irish coastal favorite. This is shrimp and seasonal fish, along with sautéed asparagus, mushrooms, carrots, onions and bell peppers, in a creamy whiskey sauce, covered with colcannon and finished off with a soda bread crust.
