We are a family owned and operated business. The owners are Phil and Lisa Noto. Gaetano's Bakery Inc. opened it's doors in 1985. We added catering to our diverse menu in 1987. In addition to catering, we also offer pizza, wings, party subs, cookies, pastries, breads and rolls. In addition to our retail store and catering business, we distribute our bread to many area restaurants.We feel strongly that health food safety is number one in preparing your catered event. Serving safe food is not an option, it is our obligation as food service professionals. Proper training is essential to create a culture of food safety within our establishment. We are certified by both the Monroe County Health Department and the Serv-Safe program (this is the industry standard in food safety training and is accepted in almost all United States jurisdictions). We are a member of the International Food Safety Council, and the New York State Association of Milk and Food Sanitarians.
