This high energy, low impact, total body workout will tone the core, glutes, legs and arms! Created with pilates principles in mind, we'll focus on proper form, alignment, and body awareness. Fun, upbeat music will take us through this calorie torching class. Props will vary but may include: light weights, toning balls, toning bands and the like. No dance experience required! Appropriate for all fitness levels. Grip socks required. Baby bump-friendly; we recommend wearing a heart rate monitor to any fitness class for our expecting mamas!
