Chef Rod SingJaidee has been serving up authentic Japanese and Thai cuisine for over 15 years.Rod was born in the eastern region of Thailand where he was trained in hotel management. He came to America in 2001 to continue his studies and graduated with a degree in Business Administration while working and studying in New Hampshire while living in Massachusetts. After learning all the details of food and beverage selection and preparation, fine cuisine, bar-tending and fine dining, the only natural evolution was opening a restaurant of his own. Chef Rod’s dream came true when he moved to South Florida in 2007 and settled in Delray Beach.
