ADAPT Performance is geared for the athlete that is competitively minded in their sport or sports. We focus on building a training program around their seasons and developing a complete athlete from a strength/speed/agility/power standpoint. Our objective is to grow the athlete in our gym and teach them how to use their newfound strength and power in their sport.
If you have interest in learning the Olympic lifts or may want to compete in the sport of Weightlifting, this is the session for you. Focus on strength via barbell movements including the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Squats, and Deadlifting. Training level: Moderate. Session Size: Up to 10 athletes per coach. Admission at the discretion of F.I.T. coaches.
Metabolic Performance Training (MPT)
MPT will help ignite that metabolic engine to drive you to the body you desire. With our training system you can get an individualized workout while training with all your friends. Challenge yourself today and release your inner athlete!
Personal Performance Training (PPT)
1-4 F.I.T. Athletes per coach. Each athlete will have a personalized program for their needs and goals. The gold standard of F.I.T. training.

Athletes customize the session around their fitness needs/limitations to better develop strength and achieve an excellent metabolic boost.
With a 4:1 Athlete:Coach ratio or less, we provide our athletes the experience of 1-on-1 personal training while still having other athletes present to motivate, inspire, and compete with. This is our GOLD standard.
Metabolic Acceleration Team Training (MATT)
Personalized group training with a focus on developing strength through a combination of kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, sandbags, TRX straps, and bodyweight exercises.
Advanced Performance Training
Strength is the backbone of any high performing, bulletproof athlete, especially as training years begin to accumulate, causing wear and tear on the body.
Thus, we have strength-training programs designed specifically for our Competitive Athletes.
Specialized Performance Athletes
Swimmers, Cyclists, Runners, Triathletes, Cross Country Skiers, Trail Runners, Powerlifters, and Olympic Weightlifters.
With our specialized performance athletes, we are looking to achieve a couple specific goals in order to improve competition performance:
Address movement patterns to create a bulletproof foundation. An athlete that can't train, can't improve.
Develop sport-specific strength, power, and balance through periodized program design.

Semi-Private training offers personalized program design and flexible training options as you move through the post-season, off-season, pre-season, and in-season schedules.
Advanced Group Training
This program is also know as Small Group Training.
Personalized group training (up to 10 people) where we focus on truly getting strong. Strength is the foundation for a healthy and fit body so we take training seriously here.
With a combination of barbell work and integrated kettlebell, medicine ball, TRX straps, and bodyweight training, we can achieve strength and fitness goals.
Strength Sport Athletes
Includes: Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting

a USA-W sanctioned club, trains at F.I.T., boasting a USA-W Sports Performance Coach (Max Dallman) and an Advanced USA-W Sports Performance Coach (Jared Markiewicz). We program for, train, and coach our lifters with the following in mind:
Addressing movement issues specific to the strength sport of your choice and developing proficiency in the lifts to prevent injury and establish a foundation for success
Developing a training program focused on developing strength for either powerlifting or weightlifting.

ADAPT Program Options
Designed for competitive athletes ages 13-18+.
This is our most advanced training program for young athletes.
If you have a serious athlete that wants to reach their maximum potential, ADAPT Performance will get them there!
Each athlete receives a fully personalized program, a 5:1 Coach:Athlete ratio, and a Athletic Performance Profile sent to parents and coaches after every 6 week training block.
Performance Athletes train in a team-like environment where competitiveness is encouraged.
Coaches motivate, educate, and inspire athletes to maximize carryover of strength and skills to their sport(s) of choice.
Designed for competitive Athletes ages 8-12.
We found that athletes as young as 8 years old start to develop a highly competitive nature.
Thus, athletes at this age start to participate in club and travel sport teams, often requiring multiple seasons of the same sport.
We created ADAPT Development to provide young athletes
a training program largely focused on skill development and game-speed training while also introducing basic strength skills to develop resistance to injury and improved sport performance.
Designed for Athletes ages 5-8 and 8+ (if focused on FUN and not on sport).
Game play and use of the imagination are becoming more and more rare.
ADAPT FUN-damentals offers young athletes an opportunity to explore how their body moves and what they can make it do!
They will learn many different movement skills like throwing/catching, hitting, chasing/evading, trapping, kicking, and carrying.
With this curriculum and an opportunity to explore movement, they will learn that fitness can be FUN and prepare themselves for future physical challenges.
