Aerial Yoga
This is a fun and dynamic combination of traditional yoga and aerial arts. Expand and extend your mental and physical limits during an hour-long yoga practice supported by a low-hanging aerial fabric. Build extensive core and upper-body strength and avoid common yoga-related injuries associated with compression of weight bearing joints. You will use the aerial fabric as a hammock to support the body allowing a deeper stretch, increased abdominal core strength and decompression of the spine. Getting Started
This is your first progressive class that will start your fabulous journey into the Fullbody™ Pole Fitness Program! Every class in our program will share a series of limbering and conditioning exercises to build muscle tone. You will learn proper form and body mechanics for a variety of transitions, grounded spins, and your first level changes using the pole. You will also learn a choreographed dance routine, pole freestyle techniques, and basic foundational aerial spins as your strength and core stability improve in these classes!
Beginner Variations
Continue to come to class and you will build on your foundational aerial skills with variations of spins along with learning to sit gracefully on the pole and balance your body weight in space. Spend time experimenting with combining transition moves with aerial skills and floor descents in your freestyle practice and dance choreography, while building your stamina and endurance! We will teach you how to rely on only your hand and core strength to manipulate your body gracefully and smoothly around the pole. In this class, learn more aerial spins to tone and strengthen your core, ascend the pole to additional static aerial poses, and begin to combine beginner and intermediate spins together in interesting aerial combinations. Learn how to link these moves together in a choreographed dance routine that will develop power, grace, and flow! Ready to test the spinning pole? Learn how to manipulate your body’s momentum safely and with confidence!

Now you get to test how strong you’ve become! We’ll put you through readiness tests to be sure you can progress safely and surely!
Introduction to Inversions
Curious about inverted poses and climbing? Start slowly and safely as we help you develop hand and arm strength, perfect the basic invert, and learn to climb with increased upper body and core stabilization from week-to-week! Learn to dismount the pole in 5 different ways! Within this class, you will be learning beginner-level inversions using leg hooks and thigh strength, all the while planning graceful transitions to music.

Learn to defy gravity and strengthen your entire body in a way you never dreamed! Can you imagine inverted poses with beautiful back flexibility, elegant leg extensions, and incredible balance? Develop increased strength and stretch as you learn the next level of inversions with simple musical transitions. All skills will be worked on at the student’s own pace and comfort level. Take your pole fitness to the next level! Challenge your core, your muscles, and your bravery! This exciting class will be uplifiting and exhilarating as you test your inner strength with challenging, inspiring pole inversions designed to stretch and lengthen your body, and improve your aerial flexibility and inverted balance. Aerial Combinations and Choreography
Put your skills to the test and learn how to develop pole routines to be proud of! Create a piece of work that will bring a sense of pride and achievement from your pole fitness commitment. Be guided by our competent instructors to combine musicality, body movement, dance transitions, and endless combinations of aerial spins as well gorgeous pole inversion combinations that will exhaust your body but speak to your soul! Work independently on furthering your pole fitness skills, or work on routines created by the instructor at the pace and endurance level your body permits. Let your possibilities be endless with your own creativity!
Host a Girls Night Out!
Your pole party will begin with a warm up designed to loosen up your muscles, help you get comfortable and teach you some strechting moves that are integral to pole... After that we'll show you some fun pole spins, poses and transitions, culminating in a mini routine! Or... we can keep it very simple and go over a few moves and take a lot of photos. It's your party, so we'll let you decide! Get ready to have a lot of fun as you let your sexy side come out and play! We are happy to help you customize your party, retreat, workshop or special event. All it takes is a phone call and you're on your way.
Parties last an hour or longer
Choose pole dancing instruction or customize it and you may combine some of the other classes we offer.
We offer 7 poles plus our padded cardio floor for your comfort.
You may use our changing rooms to dress in comfortable
loose shorts and t-shirts for your pole or Zumba party and bring a change of clothes to slip in to for your night out after class!
Girls Night Out Policies
Our policies are subject to change at any time, at the company’s discretion. Please keep in mind that our policies were created in the best interest of all our members and guest. With them, we are able to maintain the quality and consistency of our classes to provide a better experience for everyone. We appreciate your cooperation, understanding, and help by following the listed regulations.
Only women 18 years of age or older allowed.
No body lotions or oils, jewelery or nudity allowed on the poles or in the studio.
No men, children or babies during parties.
All party bookings require a deposit immediately to confirm reservations.
All deposits are final and non-refundable.
All balances are due in full prior to party beginning. Cash and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) are accepted in studio.
We do not accept personal checks.
All parties must be canceled 48 hours prior to scheduled date to be considered an early cancel within 48 hours and your deposit is forfeited.
Cancelations on site will be subject to a $100 inconvenience fee charged to the card on file.
All parties will start and end no more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time.
No unauthorized photography or videos.
Clients that appear intoxicated will not be allowed to participate and payment will be forfeited.
No alcohol or illegal substances allowed.
Do not attempt to instruct other clients for safety and liability reasons.
If clients are disrespectful to staff or equipment we have the right to cancel the party and payments will be forfeited.
