Frita Batidos is chef-driven, following the tenets of the Slow Food Movement with almost everything being made in our kitchen, from scratch and inspired by the time I spent visiting Miami throughout my childhood. OUR menu follows the seasons and many of the key ingredients are sourced from local farmers and purveyors. Frita Batidos is a community. We thank you - friends, family, partners, extended restaurant family and voracious culinary community - for helping bring to fruition what started as a day dream, grew into an obsession and is finally a reality!
