Journey To A Healthy Back
this series is specifically designed for those with back challenges. it is not appropriate for anyone with acute injuries.
Level 1
for students who have taken at least one session of intro. the basic standing poses will be refined and beginning inversions and forward and backward extensions will be introduced.
