About Us
Fresh Start Fitness offers 24 hour keycard access so that members can exercise and tan on their own schedule. Our 5,500 square foot fitness center features a cardiovascular training center with treadmills, ellipticals, arc trainers, recumbent and upright bikes, and the Cardio Theater Entertainment System. Our main workout area offers selectorized circuit machines, strength training equipment, free weights, benches, preset barbells and dumbbells, Olympic power racks and more.
