Once you decide to schedule a procedure
you'll complete the appropriate paperwork and provide a deposit to reserve your time with Katrina. The deposit will be credited at completion of services
Bear in mind that time is valuable.
Fresh Look by Katrina has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy with no exceptions. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or for those who do not show for their appointment, a fee of $50 will be charged to the credit card used to hold the appointment time. The deposit will not be refunded. This is a standard policy as a courtesy to our clients and staff. Thank you
