Our recipes have been tested and tweaked to make sure each serving fits within recommended nutritional guidelines while still maximizing the essential components needed for a healthy diet. Essentially, we limit the bad stuff and load up on the good stuff. No fryers allowed! Our meals are prepared daily using only the healthiest cooking methods allowing our customers to benefit from the nutritional qualities inherent to each ingredient. Our meals are packaged in microwave-safe, BPA free containers in smart, balanced portions. Each meal is individually labeled with full ingredient and nutritional information helping customers make informed dietary decisions. In addition to high quality ingredients, we monitor our inventory numerous times throughout the day to ensure no item exceeds its recommended shelf life, which for most of our meals is 5 days.
