French Quarter Grille is now open in the spot that was formerly Mama Roux. The owners, Dave and Scott go way back with the owners of Mama Roux, also the creators of Gumbo’s. Scott worked with them in the front of the house at Gumbo’s and Mama Roux. Dave, the chef started with Mike and Yoli on Bratton Lane at the original Gumbo’s location and continued at Gumbo’s for over 16 years. They are both excited to carry on the tradition of fantastic food and incredible service to all their customers, old and new!
