Freestyle Fitness is a 4,000 square foot studio with an inviting atmosphere. Unlike most facilities, we limit the number of machines to preserve open space needed to simulate a workout regimen that can be performed inside and outside the gym. Achieving a great body is only a small part of what you get. We offer a range of services that include personal training, fitness classes, nutrition advice and special events.
