Freerun - Open
Duration: 1 hour; Free; This class is all about momentum -- building it up, maintaining it, and using it to reach new heights. So as you practice freerun, you'll use your body and only your body to run over obstacles in your way! And that's not the only way momentum comes into play! Once you start attending Parkour and Freerunning classes, you won't be able to stop. You'll have so much fun and get into such great shape, that you won't be able to imagine a life without regular parkour!
