Vanilla ice cream is the ultimate classic, layered in tradition, and was a considerable challenge to make perfect. Whole vanilla beans and pods directly from a woman-owned farm in Mexico are infused for twelve hours into our house made cashew milk and gum-free coconut milk base. We finish it with a hint of brown sugar to make it extra magical.
This was the first ice cream we created when dreaming up Frankie and Jo' s. We are purists, and creating an ice cream sweetened with dates only, made with just 6four ingredients, is truly the concept our company was founded on. We use organic Coachella Valley dates, organic dark cocoa powder and creamy gum-free coconut milk balanced with a mineral-rich salt. It is simple perfection.

Our Chocolate Mint Brownie is a nod to that classic pairing you know by heart. Instead of flecks of chocolate and that impossibly green colored base, we add chewy gluten-free brownie gems and perfectly bitter organic cocoa nibs to a cooling-peppermint cashew and coconut milk. Mint and chocolate done the F&J way.
Salty Caramel Ash
We are a company rooted in new traditions and old-world techniques. This is why we only use dry-burned caramel for that pungent burnt sugar flavor, which requires perfection every step of the way. Organic sugar is cooked low and slow over a copper pot until it's deep amber, then is blended with creamy organic gum-free coconut milk and sea salt. To add that F&J magic, we fold in activated hardwood charcoal and blend with house made cashew milk.
Beet Strawberry Rose
A magical, bright magenta sorbet of earthy fresh beets, plump strawberries, crispy Washington apples and vibrant lemon juices combined with fragrant rose water. Understated, refreshing, and incredibly balanced- this is one of our favorite flavors on a sunny day.
