Fragole means strawberry in Italian.
In other words, our restaurant is named for a simple pleasure. When we opened our doors, heated our ovens, and turned on our stoves for the first time in October, 2003, we had simplicity and pleasure as our main goal.
Too often, restaurants overcomplicate food. But we know that a good dining experience comes from the best ingredients – not the most gimmicky assortment of them.
