Baba AU Rhum
Vanilla scnted brioche, soaked in a syrup flavored with orange, lemon, and ginger. Each jar is packed with slices of caramel; roasted pineapple, and topped with 8 year aged rhum. Best served with softly whipped cream. Packed 4 per jar.
For cocktail hour, breakfast, or just a snack. Four large, cheesy gougères, made from wheat flour, butter, eggs, and a large amount of gruyere cheese. Best served slightly warmed in the oven. Also makes a very good base for breakfast sandwiches. 4 per order.
A more rustic variation on the classic cheesecake. Baked at high temperatures, the resulting cake has a burnished top and barely set center. Cheesecake is acceptable for breakfast. Sold individually, or with optional jar of spiced, angostura honey for an additional charge.
