Forequarter is a restaurant and full service bar run by the Underground Food Collective. Our menu changes daily and focuses on Wisconsin produce and provision.
We are a walk-in only restaurant with the exception of Sunday evenings when we offer reservations. We have a combination of classical training and practical experience. We have worked in some of the finest restaurants around the country. We have lived, traveled, and eaten around the world. And we've stood over a stove at the Madison winter farmers market making breakfast for 350 people in two and a half hours.
