Duration: 3 hours; $40; Third wave coffee" refers to a current movement to produce exceptionally high-quality coffee. This tour will take you to some of the best roasters on the eastside of Portland's Willamette River, including a cupping at the roastery known for having launched the West Coast third wave movement. At the cupping, a taste master will guide you through detecting the nuances behind several of the best roasts in the country. Prior to the cupping, you'll enjoy brewing method demonstrations at several of your stops, and of course samples of delicious coffee and espresso. Cool beans, right?

Duration: 3 hours; $40; Find out why Portland is the capital of "weird" during this streetcar tour that will take you across the city. Hint: it's all the caffeine! You'll be tasting espresso and fresh brewed coffee samples at five of the best roasters in the city, while learning about the differences behind their arts. Along the way, you'll get to know Downtown Portland, the Pearl District, and the Eastside, mostly traveling by this urban paradise's favorite mode of transportation, the streetcar. After your journey is done, you'll partake in a cupping, tasting and evaluating coffee in a guided session that will show you how to spot subtle variations behind your favorite roasts.

Duration: 3 hours; $40; Get up in Downtown during this jitter juice tour! You'll visit 6-7 of the best micro-roasters in an area known for its high density of artisan coffee shops. Enjoy demonstrations of brewing methods from the masters themselves, and try samplings at each, including shots of delicious, dark espresso. Included in the tour is a stop at one of Portland's famous food carts - this one dedicated solely to coffee! Once the walking portion of the tour is complete, you'll get to enjoy a third wave of coffee cupping, savoring the nuances that differentiate some of the finest roasts in the country.
