Established in 1990, Food Trends is managed by a dedicated father-and-daughter team who share a passion for great food and big dreams for the world of event and corporate catering. Alison Moskowicz came from corporate America where she continually lamented the lack of variety, originality and flavor presented by caterer after caterer. Thanks to the support of her father, along with her large and closely-knit Russian family (many of whom have been in the food business for years), her desire to improve the quality of corporate events has now become a reality.
