Founded on fried chicken and seafood, our menu has expanded over the years to meet changes in guests' taste, but we've managed to maintain our famous home-style appeal. Made-from-scratch recipes, two dozen vegetables prepared fresh daily and baked breads have become popular favorites. Folks® Restaurant Management Group currently operates 16 Folks Southern Kitchens® in 14 counties in the metro-Atlanta and North Georgia area. Our commitment to consistent operations and aggressive marketing has enabled us to be successful in this highly competitive market.
