At Folie Douce, we have a passion for great food. We feel blessed with the abundant edible treasures from Humboldt County's farms, fields, forests and surrounding waters. The menu changes weekly to celebrate what the season has to offer at that moment.
Our philosophy is to get the best ingredients available and prepare them with respect, creativity and passion. We have farmers delivering produce that they picked that morning, local foragers bringing their freshly picked mushrooms, nettles, and berries, and our local oyster farm bringing us oysters fresh from the bay. All of our local distributors feature their specialties at the local farmers
