A fun and inspiring class where we tap into our active energy through music and movement while group training on a spin bike! Great Cardio workout and the ultimate workout when paired with Strength classes. Cycle classes at Flow are both inspired by the energy of the group, and focused on getting you stronger, leaner and more effective on your bike and in life. Flow Cycle emphasizes inspired intensity and mindful awareness. We teach you to really understand, feel, and embody different intensity levels and training methods [an outside brain (computer) can be helpful at times, but advanced awareness inspires ideal intensity]. Cycle Class Reservation Policy - Please take time to reserve your spot or risk not having a bike. Also cancel your reservations if you can not make class.Any bike that sits open for a full class, due to a no show or late cancellation, will be charged for that class (one class for an 8-class package, or $10 for monthly unlimited)

Flow—Our signature style. A flowing vinyasa-style yoga class that often includes vinyasa, kriya and asana proven to improve strength, cardiovascular health, and flexibility. Most importantly, we teach yoga, not just asana, by including guidance into presence and awareness. This class is appropriate for intermediate levels.
