Why Flow?
Flow has something to offer for everyone and every budget, from beginner to advanced students. We offer private sessions, duet sessions, equipment classes, and group fitness classes. We also offer outstanding in-house bodywork, and physical therapy services. Our goal is to bring the best in health and wellness to our community. We have 3 studios at Flow: a private session studio with a separate massage room; an equipment class studio with a separate P.T. room, and a third studio ideal for group fitness. We are located in an optimal walking neighborhood with a number of public transit options and easy parking available.

The Better Barre
Start time: 9:00 am; Teacher: Susie Pucelli; Duration: 1 hour. Experience all the sculpting and toning benefits of traditional barre work with added weights and props for increased resistance. Add pilates abdominal loading, and emphasis on neutral spinal positioning, and you have a full body workout that's great for strength, tone, flexibility and spine!
Pilates Mat Level 1-2
Start time: 10:05 am; Teacher: Leah Ousley; Duration: 1 hour. Appropriate for beginners (with knowledge of fundamentals) and regular students, mat class encourages students to work deeply and will improve posture, core strength, balance, flexibility, and form. Heavy emphasis on abdominal strengthening. A necessity at every fitness level.

Reformer work is designed to improve strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and stabilization using the resistance and assistance of the springs and straps. World Beat Workout
Start time: 11:35 am; Teacher: Cindy Reid; Duration: 1 hour. This high energy class is taught in an aerobic dance format to the upbeat rhythms of world music, and borrows from dance styles across the globe! 40 minutes of low impact, high intensity cardio dance followed by standing center strength work, and floor stretches. No prior dance needed. Be transported while getting a great workout!

Reformer work is designed to improve strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and stability using the resistance and assistance of the springs and straps. You'll advance quickly with regular practice in this class.
Pilates for Healthy Bones: Mixed Equipment
Start time: 9:00 am; Teacher: Susie Pucelli; Duration: 1 hour. This class is ideal for menapausal and post-menapausal women with postural issues or bone density issues including those "at risk" for, or diagnosed with osteopena and osteoporosis. The repetoire is focused on strengthening the back body and extends beyond traditional pilates repertoire for targeted upper back, hip and spine control. Students will work on strength and balance using the resistance of Pilates equipment and the ballet barre.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Start time: 9:00 am; Teacher: Shana Mariei; Duration: 1 hour. This class moves fluidly through salutations, traditional standing and seated poses with special attention to proper alignment and moving transitions. This class fosters the mind-body-spirit in an invigorating series with emphasis on strength, balance, flexibility, and mindful relaxation.

This group class focuses on standing strength, balance and core stability utilizing weight resistance, unstable surfaces, and full body integration. Teacher will emphasize concepts of trunk stabilization and movements performed in neutral spine, for functional strength and flexibility. Great for all levels as resistance and stability can be adjusted for appropriate challenge. A perfect compliment to traditional pilates workouts on the schedule.

The advanced design of this apparatus provides lower body, upper body, gait and postural challenge and can be taken to cardiovascular level. A great place to start working on balance, posture and functional gait issues.

Pilates Crosstraining for Runners & Athletes
Start Time: 6:00 am; Teacher: Maureen Ryan; Duration: 1 hour. This class provides a full body challenge geared to endurance athletes with particular attention to muscles needed for good form, and efficiency for the long run. The class includes standing stability and balance work, focused core, hip and shoulder strengthening and finishes with some stretching and foam roller time.

Adult Ballet
Start Time: 10:40 am; Teacher: Shannon Hritz; Duration: 1 hour. This traditionally structured class consists of a progressive barre followed with center combinations. The class is designed to help build strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. All levels are welcome (but helpful if you have had some previous dance experience). This fun spirited class will bring a little cardio and enjoyment to your weekly workouts!

From the minute you arrive, your instructor will assess a workout most suitable to your needs and goals. We’re known for instructors who are able to provide extremely attentive, therapeutic hands-on instruction as well as rigorous, functional full-body, strength and cardiovascular workouts. Flow instructors share a passion for healing wisdom, an academic pursuit of biomechanics, and a love of fitness, dance, sport and all movement in between!
