We also offer outstanding in-house bodywork, and physical therapy services. Our goal is to bring the best in health and wellness to our community. We have 3 studios at Flow: a private session studio with a separate massage room; an equipment class studio with a separate P.T. room, and a third studio ideal for group fitness. We are located in an optimal walking neighborhood with a number of public transit options and easy parking available.

World Beat Workout

This high energy class is taught in an aerobic dance format to the upbeat rhythms of world music, and borrows from dance styles across the globe! 40 minutes of low impact, high intensity cardio dance followed by standing center strength work, and floor stretches. No prior dance needed. Be transported while getting a great workout!

This class is ideal for menapausal and post-menapausal women with postural issues or bone density issues including those "at risk" for, or diagnosed with osteopena and osteoporosis. The repetoire is focused on strengthening the back body and extends beyond traditional pilates repertoire for targeted upper back, hip and spine control. Students will work on strength and balance using the resistance of Pilates equipment and the ballet barre.

Great for all levels as resistance and stability can be adjusted for appropriate challenge. A perfect compliment to traditional pilates workouts on the schedule.

Pilates Crosstraining for Runners & Athletes

This class provides a full body challenge geared to endurance athletes with particular attention to muscles needed for good form, and efficiency for the long run. The class includes standing stability and balance work, focused core, hip and shoulder strengthening and finishes with some stretching and foam roller time.
