If you are looking for movement that is tailored specifically to your needs and goals, private or duet work is the perfect answer. In these sessions, we begin with a posture and movement analysis to assess where your body is and what it needs, whether you are an athlete looking to better your sport or post-rehab, or anywhere in between, the sessions are geared to helping you find ease, efficiency and strength in the body.

Classes
Pilates Mat Classes
Intermediate mat classes are ongoing registration is not required. Drop-in is $16 or a class pass is $140 for 10 classes.
Pilates Mat Foundations
This 6-week series covers the basic pilates principles, breath pattern and foundational exercises. Perfect for those with no experience as well as those who want to deepen their pilates practice. Registration is required. Cost is $84. Class meets Tuesdays at 5:30 pm. Next Series starts Tuesday, January 6th, 2015 at 5:30 p.m.
Slow Flow Intermediate Mat Class
Saturdays at 9:30 a.m. This class moves the beginner to the next level of exercises by introducing more intermediate exercises and props. We also spend time stretching and waking up the body. Beginning level experience required.
Intermediate Mat Class
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. Moving at a faster pace, this class challenges stability and mobility with more intermediate and advanced exercises and the use of props.
Reformer Classes
Reformer groups run on 2 month cycles with clients paying for their spot for 1 month ($24 per class) or 2 months ($22 per class). Drop-in rate is $30 and dependent on a spot being open. Space is limited to 5.
Beginning Reformer
Saturdays at 11:30 am. This class is open to anyone with no previous reformer experience. The basic principles and breath pattern will be taught as well as beginning level exercises on the reformer. Space is limited to 5. Registration is required. Next series starts Saturday, January 3rd, 2015.
Intermediate Reformer
Mondays at 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm, Wednesdays at 11:30 am and 6:00 pm, Thursdays at 4:30 pm, Fridays at 11:00 am, Saturdays at 8:30 a.m. and Sundays at 11:30 a.m. This class moves at a faster pace covering more of the intermediate to advanced repetoire. Experience is required.
TRX Classes
TRX 30
Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. This 1/2 hour long class mixes the principles of stabilization of pilates, the flow of yoga poses and the isometrics of intervals to challenge stability and strength with the TRX suspension system. Class runs on 2-month cycle.
TRX Basics
Fridays at 5:45 p.m. Students learn how to use the TRX suspension system, the principles of stabilization and fundamental exercises progressing to more challenging exercises. Class is 1/2 hr.
Class runs on a 6-week cycle for$75.00
Drop-in cost is$15.00
Yoga Classes
Classes are $15 for a drop-in or a 10-class pass is $140.
Slow Flow Yoga
Wednesdays at 7:15 p.m. Taught by Myra Rucker. This class eases you through a flowing series of postures that relax and renew the body. Finish with restorative poses and a long savasana. Ongoing.
Flourish is a fully-equipped pilates, yoga and bodywork studio. We offer pilates and yoga mat classes, group reformer classes, TRX classes as well as private and semi-private instruction. We also offer, Traditional and Therapeutic Massage, Thai Yoga Bodywork and Fascial Release sessions. We approach teaching holistically, combining movement modalities to fit your needs.
