Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale - Saison 8.5% ABV 38 IBU Boulevard Brewing Co., Kansas City, MO
A traditional Belgian-style farmhouse ale, the perfect combination of elements came together in their #7 fermenter. You could call it fate, but they called it Tank 7, and so it is. Beginning with a big surge of fruity aromatics and grapefruit-hoppy notes, the flavor of this complex, straw-colored ale tapers off to a peppery, dry finish

Mango Mosaic Pale Ale - American 5.5% ABV 29 IBU Breckenridge Brewery, Littleton, CO
Mosaic hops naturally give off aromas of guava and mango, lending a unique sweetness to the hop character of this pale ale. To build upon the tropical attributes of the hops, we've added a healthy dose of mango. Mango Mosaic Pale Ale is a well-balanced montage of fruit flavors, fresh aromas, and refreshingly crisp goodness

Delirium Tremens, Belgian Strong Golden Ale 8.5% ABV 26 IBU Huyghe Brewery, Melle, Vlaanderen
NB: Depending on the location and batch, this beer can be either 8.5% or 8.7%. Please do not post an edit request asking to change it from one to the other. The allusion to pink elephants and the choice of names is not due to chance. With a particular character, the unique taste of results from the use of three different kinds of yeast. The result is a finish of peppery bitterness without aggression. The gray bottle hides a mystery awaiting discovery by the none faint of heart

Vera, Cream Ale 5.2% ABV 13 IBU Around The Bend Beer Company, Chicago, IL
Pistachios (species P. vera) have been used in culinary applications for thousands of years. For a much shorter period, innovative brewers have used them to add a luscious character to their beers. Our delicate cream ale with Caravienne malt adds a touch more body than some others might. At just over five percent, this is a session beer you'll want to get crackin' with

Chimay Red / Rouge / Rood (Première) Belgian Dubbel 7% ABV 19 IBU Bières de Chimay, Baileux, Wallonie
First sold in 75 cl (25.4 fl.oz.) bottles, it is noted for its copper color and as the first beer brewed by the monks of Chimay in 1862. Topped with a creamy head, it gives off a light, fruity apricot aroma produced by the fermentation. The taste perceived in the mouth is a balance confirming the fruity nuances noticed in the fragrance. Its taste, which imparts a silky sensation to the tongue, is made refreshing by a light touch of bitterness. To the palate, the taster perceives a pleasant astringency which complements the flavor qualities of this beer very harmoniously. This top-fermented Trappist beer, re fermented in the bottle, is not pasteurized

Agave Wheat, Wheat Beer - American Pale Wheat 4.4% ABV 13 IBU Breckenridge Brewery, Littleton, CO
Agave complements the refreshingly light quality of our wheat and adds a subtle note of flavor that expands this beer's uplifting taste profile. It is familiar, yet creative
The appearance of this exceptional beer is matched only by its taste! To make our Framboise, we add raspberry juice to our lambic. That gives it a delicate fruity aroma and a beautiful dark pink colour, just like the dress I wore to our cousin Willy's wedding. (But that's of no interest to you since you undoubtedly don't know Willy). Framboise is served as an aperitif, but I also use it in cooking. And when I don't finish the bottle in my preparations, I finish it in my glass

Vida y Muerte Muertzenbier, Märzen 6.3% ABV 24 IBU 5 Rabbit Cervecería, Bedford Park, IL
For fall, we wanted to make a beer that celebrates the spirit of the harvest season. The name means "Life and Death," which reflects the seriousness that agricultural people placed on the harvest, an important thought to reflect on at this time of year. We owe our lives to nature and our ability to harness the natural world to our advantage, but it is not entirely a matter of will. Larger forces prevail. The beer itself is loosely based on an Oktoberfest/märzen style, a rich, caramelly beer. Our version, which we call a "müerzen," is fermented with ale yeast for a slight fruitiness, and has some very nontraditional ingredients in it. First is dulce de leche, a delicious milk caramel popular throughout Latin America. It brings a delicate carameliness to the beer, plus a touch of milk sugar, which being unfermentable, adds a very slight sweetness to the finished beer. In addition, we chose some spices to give the beer a delicate spiciness that is a bit reminiscent of graham crackers. Vida y Muerte es nuestra cerveza para el Día de los Muertos. Una mezcla de tradicion católica y pre-colonial, que más que un recordatorio sombrío de la muerte, es una celebración de vida

San Franpsycho IPA, IPA - New England 6.3% ABV 49 IBU Anchor Brewing Company, San Francisco, CA
Brewed with 2-row pale, red wheat and acidulated malt, San Franpsycho® IPA pours a hazy golden straw color with a white fluffy head. The mouthfeel is creamy and smooth yet mildly effervescent with a hint of back-end tartness. San Franpsycho® IPA is fermented with a mixed culture of yeast to create a unique and fruity estery nose, unlike any other IPA from Anchor. Anchor brewers add peach and apricot fruit puree during the secondary fermentation, giving the beer a pleasant hint of sweetness and abundantly fruity aromas of peach, apricot, and pineapple with a bit of funky dank
Dark and delicious with a full body. A slight sweetness with hints of chocolate and roasted barley. A great dessert beer that is rich and complex but not too filling

Sculpin IPA - American 7% ABV 70 IBU Ballast Point Brewing Company, San Diego, CA
The Sculpin IPA is a testament to our humble beginnings as Home Brew Mart. Founded in 1992, the Mart continues to be a catalyst for the San Diego brewing scene, setting the trend for handcrafted ales. Inspired by our customers, employees and brewers, the Sculpin IPA is bright with aromas of apricot, peach, mango and lemon. Its lighter body also brings out the crispness of the hops. This delicious Ballast Point Ale took a Bronze Medal at the 2007 Great American Beer Festival in the Pro Am category. The Sculpin fish has poisonous spikes on its fins that can give a strong sting. Ironically, the meat from a Sculpin is considered some of the most tasty. Something that has a sting but tastes great, sounds like a Ballast Point India Pale Ale

Koval Bourbon
Koval, coming in at 47% ABV (94 proof) is a bourbon whiskey with the requisite 51% corn, but makes up the other 49% with the rather curious choice of millet grain. Only cutting in the "heart" of the distillate (meaning no heads or tails), it proves for a very clean expression
