Florida's Finest Seafood Company uses Only Top Quality Fish caught by small independent fisherman who are out to sea for one to two days at most. Almost all their catch is caught by hook and line, one fish at a time, so much more care is given. In turn, their catch is much smaller and harder to procure. That's what makes what we do at Florida's Finest more special. Once caught, our seafood is inspected by our highly qualified and diligent staff to ensure that only the best and brightest fish is used, meeting the highest sushi criteria. The fish is then brought directly to our federally inspected processing room to meet the needs of the most selective chefs. Quality is the end result, we guarantee it.
