Ackee is Jamaica's national dish. The Ackee is sauteed with chopped Bell Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes and chunks of Salted Cod Fish (the salt has been boiled off), served with boiled flour dumplings, Yams and Green Bananas (reminiscent to White Potatoes)
