Meet Milen (pronounced Milan) Ghirmay, Ethiopian who, at seventeen, arrived on American's shores.
From the start, a passion for food was within her. She worked in the food industry learning the basics from the ground up. Milen worked in various restaurants in Maryland, Washington, DC and New York area, eventually graduating from the Art Institute of New York
