About Us
Flapjack's Country Cafe is located in tiny Tres Pinos, CA, on Highway 25 just 5 miles south of Hollister and 30 miles north of The Pinnacles National Momument, which has officially been changed to Pinnacles National Park. We serve Breakfast and Lunch all day. We have a lovely patio, are dog friendly, and orders to go are no problem.
