Les Daley (Personal Training Director)
Les is a certified Personal Trainer, motivational speaker, and wellness professor. Les holds a Masters in Physical Education and Science from the College of Adaptive Sciences of New York, the American Council of Exercise (A.C.E.), and also the International Federation and Physique Association (I.F.P.A.) He conducts workshops and seminars at many churches, nonprofit organizations, and corporate companies such as American Express, Motorola, University of Fort Lauderdale, The Faith Center, Quantum Marine, and at his very own annual faith based Fitness to Witness Conference, Beyond the Workout. Most recently, he was a presenter and speaker at a workshop and seminar held in Chicago by Jolinda Wade, mother of Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade. Les has a fascinating history training celebrities including Demi Moore and Nick Nolte, as well as special appearances on Deco Drive, Channel 7 News, TBN Channel 45, and the Sun Sentinel. ere he is the Manager of Personal Training.
Lindsay Jones (Instructor Coordinator)
If you have goals or ambitions, don’t just think of it, don’t just wish for it; jump in, go all out for it… Do it! Never give up! Staying positive and engaging in a healthy lifestyle can help alter how you feel mentally, physically, and emotionally. Achieving your goals is not an overnight experience. It takes hard work and self-discipline to achieve what you are really after. Lindsay is certified in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Kickboxing, Spinning, and has a Master’s Degree in Recreation and Sports Management. Lindsay loves helping each client reach their fitness goals through cardiovascular and strength training. In the end, this will help improve you mentally and physically to become a better person, a better you. “The miracle isn’t finished, the miracle is that I had the courage to start.”
Ryan Roman (Manager / PT / Sports Performance)
Before earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, Ryan has had years of experience training athletes in several different sports with Excel Sports Performance and at The Strength and Conditioning Department of Nova Southeastern University. Ryan's first exposure to fitness training came at the age of seven while training with his step-dad to be a boxer in the basement of their home in Queens, N.Y. After moving to Florida, he was introduced to the game of football and was hooked for life. After playing high school football, he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps. After the Marines, he worked as a bartender to support himself through college. Aside from fitness, he enjoys singing, playing guitar, and remains an avid football enthusiast.
Arielle Salasky (Personal Trainer)
Arielle is originally from Virginia Beach, VA. She fell in love with fitness after training and completing her first marathon in 2009. She says it was the most satisfying feeling in the world to accomplish a physical goal that took many months of training. Leading up to the race, she was searching for guidance and advice on nutrition while exploring various training methods. She quickly found herself enrolled in the World Instructor Training School. Since then, she has run many races and she has competed in several natural figure competitions. She has learned the most effective and efficient ways to maximize a workout and is eager to share these techniques with others to help everyone reach their fitness goals! Arielle is extremely passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle through diet and exercise. She motivates and helps you lose weight or push through any obstacles that might be holding you back. By combining strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, core work, and flexibility into your daily workout regiment, you will naturally become stronger and leaner while adding quality and function to your daily life.
Guy Alteme (Personal Trainer)
Guy has been a fitness trainer since 2004. He first fell in love with fitness while playing high school and college football. Today, Guy has a Personal Training certification from the National Federation of Professional Trainers (N.F.P.T.), specializing in weight loss, athletic training, group training, and functional training. Guy is also an Ashworth University certified Nutritional Specialist. He enjoys working in the fitness industry and helping people achieve their fitness goals. Guy believes in mind over matter to achieve mental focus in order to maximize fitness goals. Outside the gym, Guy enjoys spending time with friends and shopping at Whole Foods!
Eileen Posgay P(ersonal Trainer)

Chris Appet (Personal Trainer)
Chris has been a fitness enthusiast since 1990. He played varsity lacrosse, soccer, and also raced downhill mountain bikes. Chris was a certified EMT and worked as a wild land firefighter for Four Seasons while living in Colorado. Chris became a certified Personal Trainer in 2006 through the National Federation of Professional Trainers (N.F.P.T.) He has been helping people achieve their fitness goals in Plantation since 2004. Chris specializes in core training, as well as full body circuit training. His most popular class, Just Chris, is a full body, core based technique designed to teach you proper form, build musculature, and tighten those hard to reach areas.When not at the gym, you’ll find Chris spending time with his lovely wife Barri and his three children.
Ximena Flanagan (Personal Trainer)
Ximena has been a certified Personal Trainer since 1998. She has experience in traditional training modalities, as well as more integrative, functional modalities. She has a genuine desire to see her clients succeed in their personal fitness goals. With a strong insatiable hunger for knowledge of the fitness industry, she is always adding new skills and training to her repertoire. She currently holds a National Certification in the National Council on Strength and Fitness (N.C.S.F.) Ximena is also TRX and Power Plate certified. She is energetic, self-motivated, and ready to help you transform your life through her passion for fitness.
Edgar Ardila (Personal Trainer)
Edger has been involved in fitness since 1998. He was a competitive Bodybuilder for over 10 years. Edgar has also judged bodybuilding contests as he is licensed by the National Physique Committee (N.P.C.). He uses his experience and knowledge in the industry to help competitors prepare for contests. Edgar is a certified Personal Trainer with the International Federation and Physique Association (I.F.P.A.) He now helps others to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Rachel Simons (Personal Trainer)
Rachel is a Florida Atlantic University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. She is certified with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the American Council of Exercise (ACE), Peak Pilates, and she is a 200HR Vinyasa Yoga Instructor registered with Yoga Alliance.Rachel has a passion for health and fitness. She incorporates some of her fitness classes with high intensity interval training (HIIT), tabata, kickboxing, along with abs and flexibility training. She creates individualized training workouts and takes her client’s health and fitness goals into account when creating their individualized exercise routines. Rachel is very motivating and well-rounded with her training skills making her an ideal trainer for anyone looking to enhance their workout and increase their fitness results.

Designed for those with experience on the reformer. Instructor approval required.
