Local Produce Mini-Festival of the Performing Arts
Saturday June 6, 2015, 10:00 - 6:00 pm, free admission. This program is made possible, in part, by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council; through the support of our neighbours and local businesses, Astoria Savings Bank, Union Hall and Rosewater Restaurant. Now celebrating our 22nd season, Spoke the Hub's Local Produce (mini) Festival of the Performing Arts is a community-based, cultural "green market" featuring the diversity, creativity and vitality of Brooklyn's own performing artists-in-residence of all ages. This year, spoke the Hub returns to our home turf on Union Street, where we're going "glocal" for a day and will party down with some of our most delightful and talented global neighbors from around the world (as well as down the block) who now call Brooklyn home. Please join us for another delightful day of culture, community, and outdoor fun in the sun!
