Pivo Pils, Pilsner - Other 5.3% ABV 40 IBU Firestone Walker Brewing Company, Paso Robles, CA
Everything we love about classic German Pilsner with a hoppy Bohemian twist. Pils is a bright straw colored lager beer with playful carbonation topped with beautiful white foam lace. Delicate lightly toasted malt flavors underscore noble German hop character. Hallertau-grown Magnum hops deliver the lupulin foundation while generous amounts of Spalter Select hops bring floral aromatic and spicy herbal notes. As a twist on the traditional Pils, we dry hop with German Saphir for a touch of bergamot zest and lemongrass. A refreshing, light-bodied and hop-driven Pils.

Accumulation, IPA - White 6.2% ABV, 55 IBU New Belgium Brewing Company, Fort Collins, CO
This winter, IBUs start accumulating like snow in Colorado with our new Accumulation White IPA . Brewing a white IPA was not only a way to salute the white beauty falling from the sky, but a direct revolt to the longstanding tradition of brewing dark beers for winter and winter seasonal beers. At least that's what our rebellious brewer Grady Hull likes to claim as he shovels in plenty of new hop varietals and a bit of wheat for a smooth mouthfeel. Stack up a few cases of Accumulation White IPA to keep your long nights glowing blizzard white.

Choice Pils, Pilsner - Other 5.6% ABV Castle Danger Brewery, Two Harbors, MN
Choice Pils is brewed in the tradition of classic German pilsners with our own dangerous twists. We use fine German malts and pure Lake Superior water for a great start, and finish with Saaz and Cascade hops for a floral, citrusy, and spicy zing. We chose to blend a classic European style with American craft brewing ingenuity. Here's to making good choices.
That's Pretty Metal, dude. Meditated on German Pilsner and roasted malts and then hopped with Saphir, this Dark Lager will calm your nerves so that you can collect souls in peace.

Brewhouse Coffee Stout (2019) Stout - Coffee 7.4% ABV 48 IBU Central Waters Brewing Company, Amherst, WI
Where I Live, American Wild Ale 6% ABV New Belgium Brewing Company, Fort Collins, CO
Available in 16oz cans and very limited draft. Where I Live is our return collab following TRVE's version, Where I Leave. For this special beer with our buds from Denver, we brewed a base using 100% Colorado-grown malt from Troubadour Maltings and fermented it with a Norwegian Kveik yeast. That beer was blended with our dark sour and foeder-aged with TRVE's house culture. Just before canning, the beer was finished with Colorado whole flower lavender. That's right.
