Named for the deep red color brought on by the addition of sour cherries, then barrel aged 6 months.

Semi-sweet cider never filtered, nice blend of fruit flavors and acidity providing a very drinkable cider.
Lindeman's Framboise: Belgium 4.0 ABV
There is a good reason this is the best known lambic in the world. Raspberries balance out the sour flavors beautifully, not exactly to style guidelines but in the heart of the consumers.
