The FireRock Steakhouse is known for serving only USDA Angus Beef for all our steaks. We age our beef a minimum of 28 days and hand cut each and every steak. Our steaks are cooked to perfection over an authentic wood fired grill burning oak wood. In addition to our great steaks our menu features a broad range of appetizers, entree salads, pastas, seafood dishes and a variety of sandwiches and burgers.
